Combination structure of permanent concrete form and prefabricated steel assembly for steel composite concrete
The present invention relates to a structure for coupling a lightweight permanent form and a prefabricated steel assembly for steel composite concrete, wherein the lightweight permanent form is coupled to and slid on the front surface of the prefabricated steel assembly to be fixed such that the permanent form is easily coupled to the prefabricated steel assembly to improve constructability and reduce a construction period. According to the present invention, the structure for coupling a lightweight permanent form and a prefabricated steel assembly for steel composite concrete couples the lightweight permanent form to the prefabricated steel assembly, which is coupled to a shape steel material to interconnect a plurality of shape steel materials with a neighboring shape steel material, compressing a support bar having an L-shaped cross section to fix and couple one leg on one side to the shape steel material, wherein the shape steel materials are disposed at a position internally spaced apart from a member surface at a predetermined interval on each edge of the member to form a steel composite concrete member. The lightweight permanent form comprises a flat plate part to form the outer surface of a member, and a protrusion part having an extended part formed on one or both sides at an inner end part of a connection part which protrudes from the inside of the flat plate part in the longitudinal direction of the member. Moreover, the other side leg of the support bar has an L-shaped locking hole to insert the extended part thereinto.
본 발명은 경량 영구거푸집을 선조립 철골 조립체의 전면에서 결합하여 슬라이딩 이동시켜 고정함으로써, 선조립 철골 조립체에 영구거푸집을 용이하게 결합하여 시공성 향상 및 공기 단축이 가능한 강합성콘크리트용 선조립 철골 조립체와 경량 영구거푸집의 결합 구조에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 강합성콘크리트용 선조립 철골 조립체와 경량 영구거푸집의 결합 구조는 강합성콘크리트 부재를 형성하기 위해 부재의 각 모서리에 부재 면과 일정 간격 내부로 이격된 위치에 배치되는 복수의 형강재 및 이웃하는 형강재를 상호 연결하도록 형강재에 결합되는 것으로 단면이 ㄱ 형상으로 형성되어 일측 레그가 형강재에 고정 결합되는 지지바로 구성되는 선조립 철골 조립체에 경량 영구거푸집을 결합하기 위한 것으로, 상기 경량 영구거푸집은 부재의 외측면을 형성하기 위한 평판부 및 상기 평판부의 내측에 부재 길이 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 연결부의 내측 단부에 일측 또는 양측으로 확대부가 돌출 형성되는 돌기부로 구성되고, 상기 지지바의 타측 레그에는 상기 확대부가 삽입되어 걸리는 ㄱ자형의 걸림공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
