Grease discharge valve for swing reduction
The present invention relates to a grease discharge valve for a swing reducer and, more specifically, to a grease discharge valve for a swing reducer, which is coupled to the swing reducer to discharge grease to the outside when the internal pressure of the swing reducer reaches a set pressure or higher while the grease is filled in the swing reducer. According to the present invention, the grease discharge valve for a swing reducer comprises: a plug coupled to a case of the swing reducer and having a discharge hole from which grease is discharged; an opening/closing valve including a rod part inserted into the plug through the discharge hole and a cover part integrally formed at one end of the rod part to open/close the discharge hole; a spring providing elastic force to allow the opening/closing valve to close the discharge hole; and a seal ring sealing a gap between the plug and the cover part when the discharge hole is closed by the cover part.
본 발명은 선회감속기용 그리스 배출밸브에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 선회감속기에 체결되어 선회감속기 내부에 그리스를 충전할 때 선회감속기의 내부 압력이 설정 압력 이상이 되면 그리스를 외부로 배출하는 선회감속기용 그리스 배출밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 선회감속기용 그리스 배출밸브는, 선회감속기의 케이스에 체결되고 그리스가 배출되는 배출공이 형성되는 플러그; 상기 배출공을 통해 상기 플러그의 내부에 삽입되는 로드부와 상기 로드부의 일단에 일체로 형성되어 상기 배출공을 개폐시키는 커버부로 이루어지는 개폐밸브; 상기 개폐밸브가 상기 배출공을 차단하도록 탄성력을 제공하는 스프링; 및 상기 커버부에 의해 상기 배출공이 차단될 때 상기 플러그와 커버부 사이의 틈을 밀폐시키는 씨일링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
