The present invention relates to a height-adjustable base apparatus for a water tank, the placement of which can be finely adjusted in vertical and horizontal directions and especially, includes an earthquake-resistant means consisting of a base isolation pad and a base isolation bushing to safely support the water tank against vibration and shock. The base apparatus for a water tank according to the present invention comprises: a lower plate fixed to a base block; an upper plate connected to the lower plate with a gap therebetween, and moved up and down by an elevation means to a desired height; a cover plate; a support plate; soft isolation pads interposed between the support plate and the upper plate; base isolation bushings fitted into installation holes of the support plate, respectively; and fastening bolts fastened through the base isolation bushings and the base isolation pads, respectively, by nuts.
본 발명은 높이조절이 가능한 물탱크의 기초장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 층간 또는 옥상 설치시에 하중을 줄일 수 있고 설치 기간이 단축되며 미세하게 높이조절 및 수평조절이 가능함과 아울러, 특히 면진패드와 면진부싱으로 이루어지는 내진수단을 구비하여 지진과 같은 큰 진동과 충격이 발생되더라도 물탱크를 안전하게 지지하여 안정성과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다.본 발명의 구성은 바닥면의 상부로 돌출 시공되는 기초블럭(3)에 고정 설치된 하부 플레이트(10)와, 이 하부 플레이트(10)에 거리를 유지한 상태로 연결되어 승강수단(100)에 의해 원하는 높이로 상하 승강 이동되는 상부 플레이트(20)와, 물탱크(1)의 하부면에 지지되는 고정프레임(2)을 받쳐지게 하며, 저면을 향해 소용홈(31)이 오목파게 파여지는 커버 플레이트(30)와, 이 커버 플레이트(30)의 내측으로 수용되며 설치구멍(41)들이 뚫어지는 지지판(40)과, 상기 지지판(40)과 상부 플레이트(20) 사이로 개재되며 설치구멍(41)들에 대응되는 위치로 구멍(51)(61)들이 뚫어지고, 진동과 충격을 흡수하는 연질의 면진패드(50)(60)들과, 상기 지지판(40)의 설치구멍(41)들에 각각 끼워지는 면진부싱(70)들과, 상기 면진부싱(70)들과 면진패드(50)(60)의 구멍(51)(61)들을 각각 통과한 상태로 너트(81)에 의해 체결되는 체결볼트(80)로 구성되되,상기 승강수단(100)은 공구체결홀(131)이 작동부재(130)의 둘레에 뚫어지고 일측에 구비된 나사부(132)가 하부 플레이트(10)의 너트관(15)에 나사 체결되며, 타측에는 원통형의 회전체(133)가 상부 플레이트(20)의 슬리브(24) 내측에 끼워진 상태에서 회전체(133)의 원주면에는 레이디얼 베어링(134)이, 끝단부에는 스러스트 베어링(135)이 각각 설치되어 작동부재(130)의 회전 방향에 따라 상부 플레이트(20)가 상하 승강 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
