Height adjustable base jack
The present invention relates to a height-adjustable base jack. The height-adjustable base jack comprises: an upper flange (210) for supporting the lower end of a jack support (100); an upper guide frame (220) which is coupled to the upper flange (210) and is provided with a first inclined surface (222) having a downward gradient from the left side to the central part and a second inclined surface (224) having a downward gradient from the right side to the central part; a lower guide frame (230) which is provided with a first inclined surface (232) having an upward gradient from the left side to the central part and a second inclined surface (234) having an upward gradient from the right side to the central part; a lower flange (240) which is coupled to the lower guide frame (230) and has one side provided to be supported by the bottom surface; first and second support blocks (250 and 260) which are installed to be movable and inserted between the upper guide frame (220) and the lower guide frame (230); a height adjustment bolt (270) which are installed to penetrate the first and second support blocks (250 and 260) and enable the first and second support blocks (250 and 260) to move; and an elastic body (280) which is installed between the upper flange (210) and the lower flange (240). According to the present invention, it is possible to be provided at the lower part of the jack support and easily demolish or dismantle the jack support by lowering to a second height lower than a first height when it is desired to demolish or dismantle the jack support while maintaining the first height when it is desired to support the vertical height.
본 발명은, 잭 서포트(100)의 하단을 지지하기 위한 상부플랜지(210)와, 상부플랜지(210)에 결합되고 좌측부로부터 중심부를 향하여 하향의 구배를 갖는 제1 경사면(222)과 우측부로부터 중심부를 향하여 하향의 구배를 갖는 제2 경사면(224)이 구비된 상부 가이드프레임(220)와, 좌측부로부터 중심부를 향하여 상향의 구배를 갖는 제1 경사면(232)과 우측부로부터 중심부를 향하여 상향의 구배를 갖는 제2 경사면(234)이 구비된 하부 가이드프레임(230)와, 하부 가이드프레임(230)에 결합되고 일측이 바닥면에 지지되어지도록 구비된 하부플랜지(240)와, 상부 가이드프레임(220)과 하부 가이드프레임(230) 사이에 삽입 설치되고 이동 가능한 제1 및 제2 지지블럭(250, 260)과, 제1 및 제2 지지블럭(250, 260)을 관통하여 설치되고 제1 및 제2 지지블럭(250, 260)의 이동을 가능하게 하는 높이조절볼트(270)와, 상부플랜지(210)와 하부플랜지(240) 사이에 설치되는 탄성체(280)를 포함하는 베이스 잭에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 잭 서포트의 하부에 구비되어 수직 하중을 지지해야 하는 경우에는 제1 높이를 유지하게 하다가, 상기 잭 서포트를 철거하거나 해체해야 하는 경우에는 상기 제1 높이보다 낮은 제2 높이로 낮아지게 하여 잭 서포트의 철거나 해체를 용이하게 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a height-adjustable base jack. According to the present invention, it is possible to be provided at the lower part of the jack support and easily demolish or dismantle the jack support by lowering to a second height lower than a first height when it is desired to demolish or dismantle the jack support while maintaining the first height when it is desired to support the vertical height.
