GUSS ASPHALT COMPOSITION USING MODIFIED ASPHALT
The present invention provides a guss asphalt composition using modified asphalt, which comprises: 56-95 wt% of straight asphalt; 1-10 wt% of an elastomer; 1-10 wt% of a thermoplastic resin; 1-10 wt% of petroleum PITCH; 1-10 wt% of amide wax; and 0.1-5 wt% of a thermal stabilizer. By not mixing natural asphalt, the present invention can maintain a uniform mixing ratio, reduce odor and smoke emission at high temperatures, and enable efficient process management, while enhancing characteristics such as road pavement durability, thermal stability, plastic deformation resistance, weather resistance, and wear resistance.
본 발명은 스트레이트 아스팔트 56-95 중량%; 탄성중합체 1-10 중량%; 열가소성 수지 1-10 중량%; 석유계 PITCH 1-10 중량%; 아미드 왁스 1-10 중량%; 열안정제 0.1-5 중량%;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 아스팔트를 이용한 구스 아스팔트 조성물을 제시함으로써, 천연 아스팔트를 혼입하지 않음에 따라, 균일한 배합비율을 유지할 수 있고, 고온에서의 냄새 및 연기 배출을 저하시킬 수 있으며, 효율적인 공정관리가 가능하면서도, 도로포장의 내구성, 열안정성, 소성변형 저항성, 내후성, 내마모성 등의 특성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다.
