WARM-MIX GUSS ASPHALT COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a warm-mix Guss asphalt composition comprising: 39 to 92.9 wt% of low viscosity blow asphalt (LBA);1 to 10 wt% of synthetic rubber; 5 to 40 wt% of petroleum pitch; 1 to 10 wt% of wax; and 0.1 to 1 wt% of a crosslinking agent. The present invention secures the same workability and mechanical performance as existing Guss asphalt pavement throughout the transportation and construction stages, and reduces the production temperature of an asphalt mixture, thereby suppressing smoke, odor, and harmful substances.
본 발명은 LBA(Low Viscosity Blow Asphalt) 39~92.9 중량%: 합성고무 1~10 중량%: 석유계 피치 5~40 중량%: 왁스 1~10 중량%: 가교제 0.1~1 중량%:를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중온 구스 아스팔트 조성물을 제시함으로써, 운반 및 시공단계에 걸쳐 기존 구스 아스팔트 포장과 동일한 작업성 및 역학적 성능을 확보하면서도, 아스팔트 혼합물의 생산온도를 저감시킴에 따라, 연기, 냄새, 유해물질 등을 억제할 수 있도록 한다.
