COUPLING DEVICE FOR WOOD DECK WOOD DECK AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
According to the present invention, provided are a wood deck coupling unit, capable of preventing damage to a wood board during the construction of a wood deck and enabling a wood board to be fixed to a support to facilitate maintenance such as the replacement of a wood board, a wood deck and a wood deck construction method. According to the present invention, the wood deck coupling unit, which is fixed to a support through a fixing member combined with the support to fix a wood board with slits on both sides onto the support, includes: a coupling unit body including first and second insertion end parts placed on the front and rear sides, and first and second lateral end parts placed on the left and right sides to be inserted into the slits of the wood board; an insertion hole formed in the coupling unit body to penetrate the upper and lower surfaces of the coupling unit body to enable the fixing member to be inserted thereinto; and an expanding hole formed in the coupling unit body to penetrate the upper and lower surfaces of the coupling unit body to be connected to the insertion hole, while having a larger size than the insertion hole to enable the fixing member to go therethrough, and placed more close to the first lateral end part than the insertion hole.
본 발명은 목재 데크의 시공 시 목재 보드의 손상을 방지하고, 목재 보드의 교체 등 유지 보수가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 목재 보드를 지지대에 고정할 수 있는 목재 데크용 결속구와 목재 데크 및 목재 데크의 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 목재 데크용 결속구는, 양쪽 측면에 슬릿이 형성된 목재 보드를 지지대 위에 고정하기 위해 지지대에 결합되는 고정부재를 통해 지지대에 고정되는 목재 데크용 결속구에 있어서, 목재 보드의 슬릿에 삽입될 수 있도록 전후 양측으로 제 1 삽입단부 및 제 2 삽입단부가 마련되고, 좌우 양측으로 제 1 측단부 및 제 2 측단부가 구비되는 결속구 바디와, 고정부재가 삽입될 수 있도록 결속구 바디에 결속구 바디의 상하면을 관통하도록 형성되는 삽입홀과, 삽입홀과 연결되도록 결속구 바디에 결속구 바디의 상하면을 관통하여 형성되되, 고정부재가 통과할 수 있도록 삽입홀보다 큰 크기로 이루어지고, 삽입홀보다 제 1 측단부에 가까이 배치되는 확장홀을 포함한다.

본 발명은 목재 데크의 시공 시 목재 보드의 손상을 방지하고, 목재 보드의 교체 등 유지 보수가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 목재 보드를 지지대에 고정할 수 있는 목재 데크용 결속구와 목재 데크 및 목재 데크의 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 목재 데크용 결속구는, 양쪽 측면에 슬릿이 형성된 목재 보드를 지지대 위에 고정하기 위해 지지대에 결합되는 고정부재를 통해 지지대에 고정되는 목재 데크용 결속구에 있어서, 목재 보드의 슬릿에 삽입될 수 있도록 전후 양측으로 제 1 삽입단부 및 제 2 삽입단부가 마련되고, 좌우 양측으로 제 1 측단부 및 제 2 측단부가 구비되는 결속구 바디와, 고정부재가 삽입될 수 있도록 결속구 바디에 결속구 바디의 상하면을 관통하도록 형성되는 삽입홀과, 삽입홀과 연결되도록 결속구 바디에 결속구 바디의 상하면을 관통하여 형성되되, 고정부재가 통과할 수 있도록 삽입홀보다 큰 크기로 이루어지고, 삽입홀보다 제 1 측단부에 가까이 배치되는 확장홀을 포함한다.
