Wood deck structure using clip for wood deck and its construction method
The present invention relates to a wood deck structure using a clip for fixing a deck and a construction method thereof. To this end, the wood deck structure has a plurality of wood decks having an insertion groove on a side surface thereof and fastened to a lower bridging joist by a clip for fixing a deck. The clip for fixing a deck is formed with one consecutively curved metal plate and includes a support unit coupled to the bridging joist so as to support a pair of adjacent wood decks at a lower part of the clip. Both ends of the support unit are upwardly curved to be formed with a pair of elastic pieces. An end of each elastic piece is outwardly and downwardly curved to be formed with a pressing piece downwardly pressurizing the wood deck in a state of being inserted into the insertion groove of the wood deck. Accordingly, the present invention may secure a stable fastening force even when deformation occurs due to contraction and expansion of wood during use and have improved durability by effectively preventing the deterioration of wood decks through a secured capability of drainage and air permeability.
본 발명은 데크 고정용 클립을 이용한 목재 데크 구조체 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명은 측면에 삽입홈이 형성된 복수의 목재 데크가 데크 고정용 클립에 의하여 하부장선에 체결되는 목재 데크 구조체에 있어서, 상기 데크 고정용 클립은 하나의 금속판체가 연속적으로 절곡되어 하부에는 하부장선에 결합되어 인접된 한 쌍의 목재 데크를 지지하는 받침부가 형성되고, 상기 받침부의 양 단부는 상향 절곡되어 한 쌍의 탄성편이 형성되고, 각 탄성편의 단부는 외측으로 하향 절곡되어 목재 데크의 삽입홈에 삽입된 상태로 목재 데크를 하방으로 가압하는 누름편이 형성되는것을 특징으로 한다.이로써, 사용중 목재의 수축 팽창으로 인한 변형이 발생하더라도 안정적인 체결력을 확보할 수 있으며, 배수성과 통기성이 확보되어 목재 데크의 열화를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있음에 따라 내구성이 향상된 목재 데크 구조체를 제공할 수 있다.
