The present invention constructs a mold using a deck panel. The present invention arranges a deck panel by using a binding supporter (50) for preventing deflection even with a load of placed concrete by forming a binding part (52) so as to be possible to be fixed to an upper portion of an H-beam (60) installed in an I-shape through welding or fixing means such as rivet or a piece, allowing an inner end portion of the binding part (52) to reach an upper inner end (64) of the H-beam (60) at the minimum, forming a receiving hanging part (54) at the inner end of the binding part (52), and allowing one side overlap groove part (16A) of a deck plate (10) to be received and hung.
본 발명은 데크패널을 이용한 거푸집 시공을 함에 있어서, I자로 설치된 H빔(60)의 상부에 용접이나 리벳 또는 피스와 같은 고정수단을 통하여 고정할 수 있도록 결속부(52)를 구성하되 결속부(52)의 내측 단부는 최소한 H빔(60)의 상부 내측단(64)까지 이르도록 하고, 상기 결속부(52)의 내측 단부에는 수용걸림부(54)를 구성하여 데크플레이트(10)의 일측 판개부(16A)가 수용 및 걸림되게 하여 타설되는 콘크리트의 하중에도 처짐을 방지하는 결속지지구(50)를 이용하여 데크패널을 배열함을 특징으로 한다.
