Water prevention device for sewer pipe
The present invention relates to a sewer pipe water block apparatus and, more specifically, to a sewer pipe water block apparatus capable of blocking sewage flowing through a sewer pipe after being removably installed in the sewer pipe for the maintenance of the sewer pipe, and lowering manufacturing costs through a simple structure as well as increasing efficiency in work through installation with simple manipulation. To achieve the purpose, the sewer pipe water block apparatus includes: a water block plate including a concave groove formed on the outer edge, and attached to the lower inner edge of a sewer pipe; a packing member removably inserted into the concave groove of the water block plate to seal the groove to prevent the spillage of sewage; a fixing bracket fixed to the center of the upper part of the water block plate to support the water block plate; a guide pipe protruding in a vertical direction to the upper part of the fixing bracket; a guide nut fixed inside the upper part of the guide pipe to guide the vertical movement of a height control bolt; the height control bolt combined with the guide nut to be moved up and down while being rotated laterally; and an attachment plate installed in the upper part of the height control bolt to be attached to the inner surface of the upper part of the sewer pipe.
본 발명은 하수관 물막이장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하수관 유지보수 시 하수관 내측에 탈착 가능하게 설치되어 하수관 사이로 흐르는 하수를 차단하고, 구조가 간단하여 제작비용을 절감할 수 있음은 물론 간단한 조작으로 설치가능 하여 작업의 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 한 하수관 물막이장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 외측 테두리에 요홈이 형성되며, 하수관의 하부 내측 테두리에 밀착되는 물막이판; 상기 물막이판에 형성된 요홈에 탈착 가능하게 삽입 장착되어 하수가 새지 않도록 밀폐시키는 패킹부재; 상기 물막이판의 상단 중앙에 고정되어 물막이판을 지지하는 고정브라켓; 상기 고정브라켓의 상단에 수직방향으로 돌출 형성되는 가이드관; 상기 가이드관의 상부 내측에 고정된 상태로 구비되어 높이조절볼트의 상하 이동을 가이드 하는 가이드너트; 상기 가이드너트와 결합되어 좌,우 회전되면서 상하 이동되는 높이조절볼트; 및 상기 높이조절볼트의 상단부에 구비되어 하수관의 상부 내측면에 밀착되는 밀착판;을 포함하는 하수관 물막이장치를 제공한다.
