WATER PIPE CHANGING DEVICE FOR SEWER PIPES
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a waterway changing apparatus for sewer pipes, which is capable of perfectly blocking fluids flowing to a closed outlet by preparing a sealing part comprising a soft rubber packing and a compressed sponge in a waterway changing member. To achieve the purpose, the waterway changing apparatus for sewer pipes includes: a cylindrical pipe which has a hollow pipe shape with an open upper side, and in which an inflow pipe, a first discharge pipe and a second discharge pipe are placed at a distance from each other in a circumferential direction; a waterway changing member placed in the cylindrical pipe, and selectively closing the first discharge pipe or the second discharge pipe; and a cover member covering the open upper side of the cylindrical pipe. The waterway changing member includes: a sealing part formed with a compressed sponge and a rubber packing on an end surface closing the first discharge pipe or the second discharge pipe; and fixing protrusions formed on both sides of the waterway changing member to be attached to or detached from a guide groove which is formed in a direction vertical to the cylindrical pipe facing the first and second discharge pipes.
본 발명에 따르면, 수로변경부재에 연질의 고무패킹과 압축스펀지로 이루어진 밀폐부를 마련하여 폐쇄 배출구측으로의 유체를 완벽하게 차단할 수 있는 하수관거용 수로변경장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에서는, 상방이 개방된 중공의 관 형상으로 원주 방향을 따라 유입관과 제1배출관 및 제2배출관이 상호 이격 배치된 원통관과, 상기 원통관의 내부에 배치되되, 상기 제1배출관 또는 상기 제2배출관을 선택적으로 폐쇄할 수 있는 수로변경부재와, 상기 원통관의 개방된 상부면을 덮는 커버부재를 포함하며, 상기 수로변경부재는, 상기 제1배출관 또는 상기 제2배출관을 폐쇄하는 단부면에 압축스펀지와 고무패킹으로 이루어지는 밀폐부와, 상기 제1배출관과 상기 제2배출관을 향하는 상기 원통관에 수직 방향으로 가이드홈이 형성되고, 상기 가이드홈에 탈착되도록 상기 수로변경부재의 양측으로 형성되는 고정돌기를 포함하는 것이다.
