The present invention relates to a basic unshaped refractory product for iron and steel manufacture comprising basic refractory materials and powder deaerating contraction materials. The basic refractory materials are one or more types selected from the group consisting of magnesia, olivine, forsterite and calcined dolomite. According to the present invention, problems caused by thermal expansion of the refractory product, i.e., expansion stress can be stably removed.
본 발명은 제철 및 제강 설비용 염기성 부정형 내화물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 염기성 내화 재료 및 분말 상 탈기 수축 재료를 포함하며, 상기 염기성 내화 재료는 마그네시아, 감람석, 포르스테라이트 및 소성 돌로마이트로 이루어진 군 중 선택된 1종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 내화물의 열팽창, 즉 팽창 응력으로 인한 문제가 안정적으로 제거된다는 장점이 있다.
