Arch Type Watertight Gate
The purpose of the present invention is to be installed on a floor without structural construction as well as enabling vehicles and people to pass when laid down while enabling a hydraulic cylinder, a fixing device and an operating device to be protected through an arch-shaped gate leaf. According to the present invention, an arch-shaped gate leaf with a protruding center is installed, the arch-shaped gate leaf is combined with a gate leaf bracket to be erected or laid down, gate frames are installed in front of and behind the gate leaf when the gate leaf is laid down, a cylinder bracket is installed in front of the rear gate frame to install a spring-returning type hydraulic cylinder between the cylinder bracket and an operating bracket installed behind the gate leaf, a fixing bar is combined with a fixing bracket installed behind the gate leaf and a fixing hole is formed in the lower part of the fixing bar, a fixing protrusion installed on a V-shaped fixing frame installed on the floor is inserted into the fixing hole when the gate leaf is erected, a release hydraulic cylinder pushing the fixing hole of the fixing bar from the fixing protrusion is installed in the fixing frame, and a returning plate returning the release hydraulic cylinder when the gate leaf is laid down is installed on the rear side of the gate leaf.
본 발명은 구조 공사 없이 바닥에 설치가 가능함은 물론 눕혀졌을 때 차량과 사람의 통행이 가능한 동시에 아치형 구조의 문비로 유압실린더와 고정장치 및 구동장치가 보호될 수 있도록 하는 것으로, 본 발명은 중앙이 돌출된 아치형 문비를 구비하고, 상기 아치형 문비는 문비 브라켓에 결합되어 세워지거나 눕혀지고, 상기 문비가 눕혀질 때 문비의 전방과 후방으로 문틀을 설치하고, 상기 후방 문틀의 전방으로 실린더 브라켓을 설치하여 문비의 후방에 설치된 구동 브라켓과의 사이에 스프링 복귀형 유압실린더를 설치하고, 상기 문비의 후방에 설치된 고정 브라켓에는 고정대를 결합시키되 상기 고정대의 하단에는 고정홀을 형성하고, 상기 고정대에 형성된 고정홀은 문비가 세워질 때 바닥에 설치된 ∧형상의 고정틀에 설치된 고정돌기에 끼워지고, 상기 고정틀에는 고정대의 고정홀을 고정돌기에서 밀어내는 해제 유압실린더가 설치되고, 상기 문비의 배면에는 문비가 눕혀질 때 해제 유압실린더를 복귀시키는 복귀판을 설치함으로써 이루어진다.
