Device for fixing railway sleepers
Disclosed is a railway sleeper fixing device which can be suitably used for laying a long rail by receiving a force acting in the longitudinal direction and a force acting in the transverse direction of a railway sleeper without having a complicated structure. The railway sleeper fixing device is to fix, on a girder, the plurality of railway sleepers provided at intervals on the steel girder to support the rail. The railway sleeper fixing device comprises: a pair of upper covers each having an upper plate portion disposed on an upper surface of the railway sleeper, and lower side plate portions extending downward from both sides of the upper plate portion and having first locking protrusions; a pair of lower covers each having a lower plate portion disposed below the bottom of the railway sleeper and upper side plate portions extending upward from both sides of the lower plate portion; a pair of cover fixing mechanisms pressing the upper plate and the lower plate toward the railway sleeper to fix the upper cover and the lower cover to the railway sleeper; a connection fixing member having, on both side surfaces thereof, second locking protrusions respectively caught by the first locking protrusions on both sides of the upper cover disposed adjacent to each other; and a connection fixing mechanism provided on the girder to fix the connection fixing member while pulling the connection fixing member toward the girder.
구조가 복잡하지 않으면서 침목에 종방향으로 작용하는 힘과 횡방향으로 작용하는 힘을 받아 줄 수 있어서 장대레일 부설에 적합하게 사용될 수 있는 침목 고정장치가 개시된다. 상기 침목 고정장치는 강재 거더상에 간격을 두고 설치되어 레일을 지지하기 위한 복수의 침목을 상기 거더상에 고정하기 위한 침목 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 침목의 상면 위로 배치되는 상판부와 상기 상판부의 양측에서 하방으로 각각 연장되고 제1걸림턱이 형성된 하향 측판부를 구비하여 구성된 한 쌍의 상덮개, 상기 침목의 저면 아래로 배치되는 하판부와 상기 하판부의 양측에서 상방으로 각각 연장된 상향 측판부를 구비하여 구성된 한 쌍의 하덮개, 상기 상판부와 상기 하판부를 상기 침목을 향해 가압하여 상기 상덮개와 상기 하덮개를 상기 침목에 고정하기 위한 한 쌍의 덮개 고정기구, 이웃하여 배치되는 상기 상덮개의 양측의 상기 제1걸림턱에 각각 걸리는 제2걸림턱이 양 측면에 각각 형성된 연결고정부재 및 상기 거더에 설치되어 상기 연결고정부재를 상기 거더를 향해 당겨주면서 고정하기 위한 연결고정기구를 포함하는 구성을 한다.
