Device for fixing railway sleepers
The present invention relates to a device for fixing the sleepers of a ballast-less railway bridge, which can adjust the installation height, thereby firmly fixing a sleeper to a girder even if there is a height error between the sleeper and the girder, and can increase longitudinal and lateral resistance through an increase in the coupling force between the sleeper and the girder, thereby providing a long-span rail. To achieve the purpose, the device for fixing the sleepers of a ballast-less railway bridge, which fixes a plurality of sleepers installed on a girder to be spaced apart from each other, comprises: at least two or more stud bolts installed to penetrate the sleeper; sleeper fixing plates having at least two or more slanted slot holes formed therein to adjust the installation height on the sleeper while being fitted on the stud bolts, and having locking grooves formed on sides of lower portions thereof to be hung on the girder; nuts fastened to the stud bolts to fix the sleeper fixing plates to the sleeper; and washers interposed between the nuts and the sleeper fixing plates to improve fastening force.
본 발명은 무도상 철도교량의 침목 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 설치 높이 조절이 가능하도록 구성됨으로써 침목과 거더의 높이 오차가 발생된다 하더라도 침목을 거더에 견고히 고정되도록 하고, 침목과 거더의 결합력 증가를 통해 종, 횡방향 저항력이 향상되도록 하여 장대레일화가 가능하도록 하는 무도상 철도교량의 침목 고정장치를 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 거더의 상부에 서로 이격되도록 설치되는 다수의 침목을 고정해주는 무도상 철도교량의 침목 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 침목을 관통하도록 설치되는 적어도 2개 이상의 스터드볼트; 상기 스터드볼트에 끼워지면서 침목 상에서의 설치 높이 조절이 가능하도록 적어도 2개 이상의 경사진 슬롯홀이 형성되고 하부 일측면에는 상기 거더에 걸려질 수 있도록 걸림홈이 형성되어 있는 침목고정판; 상기 스터드볼트에 체결되어 침목고정판을 침목에 고정해주는 너트; 상기 너트와 침목고정판 사이에 개재되도록 설치되어 체결력이 향상되도록 하는 와셔;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 요지로 한다.
