본 발명은 겨울철에 도로의 눈을 녹이거나 동결을 방지하기 위하여 포설된 염화포타슘 또는 염화칼슘이 녹아 형성된 염수가 화단측으로 튀어 식물이 고사하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 도로의 경계를 표시하여 교통사고를 예방할 수 있도록 한 안전 염수차단펜스에 관한 것으로, 도로의 외측 또는 중앙에 설치된 화단에 설치되어 겨울철에 차량의 진행에 따라 화단측으로 튀는 염수를 차단하는 안전 염수차단펜스로서, 화단의 길이 방향을 따라 설치되어 염수를 차단하는 염수차단막(10)과; 화단에 입설되어 상기 염수차단막(10)을 지지하는 지지기둥(20)과; 상기 염수차단막(10)에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 설치되어 도로의 경계를 표시하는 플렉시블 재질의 재귀반사판(30);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
