본 발명은 산업 현장에서 기존의 안전 휀스보다 쉽게 운반이 가능하며, 바람에 의해 쉽게 쓰러지는 문제점을 보완한 것이다. 안전 휀스의 휴대 및 설치가 용이하도록 암, 수 수납형 결합 구조를 가지며, 본 휀스의 설치 시 쓰러지지 않도록 무게 중심을 낮추는 형태를 가진다.
