Foundation reinforcing method using existing pile
The present invention relates to a foundation reinforcing method using an existing ready-made pile which inserts a reinforcing pile into an extension hole extended from a hollow space of a ready-made pile inserted into the ground and inject grouting to allow simple construction and provide excellent economic efficiency and reinforcing effects by using a previously constructed ready-made pile. The foundation reinforcing method using an existing ready-made pile uses a hollow ready-made pile previously constructed and inserted into the ground to reinforce a foundation, and comprises: (a) a step of drilling the ground underneath the ready-made pile to be extended from the hollow space of the ready-made pile to form an extension hole; (b) a step of inserting a reinforcing pile into the extension hole to position an upper portion thereof in the hollow space of the ready-made pile; and (c) a step of injecting grouting into the extension hole and the hollow space of the ready-made pile to fix the upper end of the reinforcing pile on a lower portion in the ready-made pile by the grouting, and fixing the reinforcing pile in the extension hole underneath the ready-made pile to transfer an upper load to the ground by skin friction.
본 발명은 지반 내에 근입된 기성 말뚝의 중공에 연장되는 연장천공홀에 보강 파일을 삽입하고 그라우트재를 그라우팅함으로써, 기 시공된 기성 말뚝을 활용하여 시공이 간단하면서도 경제성 및 보강 효과가 우수한 기존 기성 말뚝을 이용한 기초 보강 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 기존 기성 말뚝을 이용한 기초 보강 방법은 기 시공되어 지반 내에 근입된 중공의 기성 말뚝을 이용하여 기초를 보강하기 위한 것으로, (a) 상기 기성 말뚝의 중공에 연장되도록 기성 말뚝의 하부 지반을 천공하여 연장천공홀을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상부가 상기 기성 말뚝의 중공 내부에 위치하도록 상기 연장천공홀 내에 보강 파일을 삽입하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 연장천공홀 및 기성 말뚝의 중공 내부에 그라우트재를 그라우팅하여 보강 파일의 상단을 그라우트재에 의해 기성 말뚝 내부의 하부에 정착하는 한편, 상기 보강 파일을 기성 말뚝 하부의 연장천공홀 내부에 고정하여 주면마찰력에 의해 상부 하중을 지반으로 전달하도록 하는 단계; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
