The invention provides a reinforcing method for an existing building pile foundation, and belongs to the technical field of building foundation reinforcing. The reinforcing process comprises the steps that a small amount of soil is taken out below the existing pile foundation bearing platform; the prefabricated bearing platform is jacked to the lower preset position of the existing pile foundation bearing platform in place; formworks are erected at the positions of the cast-in-place bearing platform and the ring beam, pile pressing hole positions are arranged, anchor rods are embedded, concrete is poured, a counter-force frame is installed, and anchor rod static pressure piles are pressed; and gaps at the bottom of the bearing platform are backfilled and compacted by sandy soil. According to the existing building pile foundation, the existing pile foundation is underpinned through a structural system formed by the prefabricated bearing platform, the cast-in-place bearing platform, the anchor rod static pressure pile and the ring beam, and the multi-pile independent foundation can be reinforced under the construction condition that the clearance in an existing building is low.
