CONSTRUCTION MRTHOD OF CONCRETE ROAD JOINT
The present invention provides a construction method for a concrete road joint, capable of easily forming a joint without using a complex device such as a cutter and a breaker. According to the present invention, the construction method for a concrete road joint includes: a lane blocking step of blocking a lane to form a joint (2) on a road (1); an indicating step of indicating a forming position of the joint (2) by using a marker on the upper surface of the road (1); a joint crushing device installing step of installing a joint crushing device (A); a joint forming step of forming the joint (2) by driving the joint crushing device (A) to reciprocate in the horizontal direction of the road (1); a cleaning step of cleaning crushed road powder generated when the joint (2) is formed, by using a cleaning device (B) having a rotation brush; a finishing cleaning step of removing the crushed road powder piled in the joint (2) and around the joint (2) after the cleaning step, by using a wind break device (C); a compressed polystyrene installing step of inserting the joint (2) by manufacturing compressed polystyrene (S); and a sealant injecting step of injecting sealant into the upper part of the compressed polystyrene (S).
콘크리트 도로는 여름철 높은 기온에 의해 길이방향을 따라 팽창하게 된다. 이때 콘크리트 도로가 팽창하면서 도로의 취약부가 상측으로 벤딩되거나, 파손이 발생하는 문제가 발생하는데 기존에는 도 1 내지 도 3과 같이 다이아몬트 커팅기와 브레커를 이용하여 도로를 횡방향으로 절단하는 줄눈을 시공하여 왔다. 그러나 다이아몬트 커팅기를 사용하는 경우, 커팅기의 날(0.3~0.8cm)이 얇기 때문에 커팅 중 날이 멈춰버리거나 고열로 날이 고장나 작업이 중단되는 문제가 발생한다. 뿐만아니라 줄눈 형성을 위해 다이아몬트 커팅기가 2줄의 홈부를 형성해야 하고, 이후 브레커가 2줄의 홈부 사이 영역을 파쇄하여 파쇄물을 청소해야 하는 복잡함이 있었다. 이는 줄눈형성을 위해 차로를 차단하는 시간이 길고, 공정을 위해 중장비가 투입되어야 하는 문제를 야기한다. 본 발명은 콘크리트 도로 줄눈 시공방법으로서, 도로(1)에 줄눈(2)을 형성하기 위해 차선을 차단하는 차선차단단계; 도로(1)의 상면에 마커를 이용하여 줄눈(2)의 형성 위치를 표시하는 표시단계; 줄눈파쇄장치(A)를 안착시키는 줄눈파쇄장치안착단계; 줄눈파쇄장치(A)를 도로(1)의 횡방향을 따라 왕복구동하여 줄눈(2)을 형성하는 줄눈형성단계; 회전솔이 정착된 청소장치(B)를 이용하여 줄눈(2) 형성시 발생한 도로 파쇄가루를 청소하는 청소단계; 청소단계 이후에 줄눈(2) 내부와 주변에 쌓인 도로 파쇄가루를 방풍장비(C)를 이용하여 제거하는 마무리청소단계; 압축스티로폼(S)을 제작하여 줄눈(2)에 끼워넣은 압축스티로폼설치단계; 압축스티로폼(S) 상부에 실런트를 주입하는 실런트 주입단계;를 포함한다.
