Coating composition for thermal protection of concrete or steel structure and method of construction using the same
The present invention relates to a heat shielding paint composition for protecting concrete or a steel structure and a construction method using the same and, more specifically, to: a heat shielding paint composition for protecting concrete or a steel structure by including aqueous polyurea resin, a heat shielding pigment with a solar heat shielding function, a hollow pigment, a functional filler, an UV stabilizer, an adhesion promoter, and an antifoaming agent; a producing method thereof; and a construction method using the heat shielding paint composition. The heat shielding paint composition for protecting concrete or a steel structure by including aqueous polyurea resin, a hollow pigment, and a heat shielding pigment, the producing method thereof, and the construction method using the heat shielding paint composition have effects of being more environmentally friendly than paint using normal polyurea resin and providing a heat shielding function and an UV blocking function. A coating film formed of the paint has an excellent solar heat reflecting effect and an excellent heat insulating effect with a low thermal conductivity. By the above, the present invention has effects of saving energy and increasing durability by controlling the internal temperature of a building made of concrete or a steel structure.
본 발명은 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물 보호용 차열 도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 수성 폴리우레아 수지, 태양열 차폐기능이 있는 차열안료, 중공안료, 기능성 충전제, UV 안정제, 접착증진제, 및 소포제를 포함하는 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물 보호용 차열 도료 조성물과 그 제조방법, 및 차열 도료 조성물을 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 수성 폴리우레아 수지와 중공안료 및 차열안료를 포함하는 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물 보호용 차열 도료 조성물과 그 제조방법, 및 차열 도료 조성물을 이용한 시공방법을 제공함으로써, 종래의 일반 폴리우레아 수지를 사용한 도료보다 친환경적이며, 차열 기능과 자외선 차단기능이 부여되는 효과가 있다. 이러한 도료로 형성한 도막은 우수한 태양열 반사 효과가 있고 열전도도가 낮아 우수한 단열 효과가 있다. 이에 따라 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물로 이루어진 건축물 내부온도를 조절하여 에너지를 절약하고 내구성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물 보호용 차열 도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 수성 폴리우레아 수지, 태양열 차폐기능이 있는 차열안료, 중공안료, 기능성 충전제, UV 안정제, 접착증진제, 및 소포제를 포함하는 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물 보호용 차열 도료 조성물과 그 제조방법, 및 차열 도료 조성물을 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 수성 폴리우레아 수지와 중공안료 및 차열안료를 포함하는 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물 보호용 차열 도료 조성물과 그 제조방법, 및 차열 도료 조성물을 이용한 시공방법을 제공함으로써, 종래의 일반 폴리우레아 수지를 사용한 도료보다 친환경적이며, 차열 기능과 자외선 차단기능이 부여되는 효과가 있다. 이러한 도료로 형성한 도막은 우수한 태양열 반사 효과가 있고 열전도도가 낮아 우수한 단열 효과가 있다. 이에 따라 콘크리트 또는 철재 구조물로 이루어진 건축물 내부온도를 조절하여 에너지를 절약하고 내구성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
