U Safety Door with U-shaped Hinges
The present invention provides a safety door with a U-shaped hinge, which comprises: a door; a hinge unit including a fixed member fixed on a doorpost vertically disposed in an upper end of a wall, a rotary member coupled to the fixed member to rotate; a fastening member integrally bent from the rotary member for one end portion of the door to be coupled to an outer side thereof, and a rotary shaft inserted into the center of rotation of the fixed member and the rotary member; and a shielding unit configured to shield a space formed between the rotary member disposed in an upper portion of the fixed member and another rotary member disposed in a lower portion of the fixed member. Moreover, a safety groove surrounded by the fixed member, the rotary member, and the fastening member is formed inside the hinge unit.
본 발명은 도어; 벽체 선단에 수직방향으로 배치된 문설주 상에 고정되는 고정부재와, 상기 고정부재로부터 회동 가능하도록 결합되는 회동부재와, 상기 회동부재로부터 일체로 절곡되어 외측에 상기 도어의 일 단부가 결합되는 체결부재와, 상기 고정부재와 회동부재의 회전 중심에 삽입되는 회전축을 포함하는 경첩부; 및 상기 고정부재를 중심으로 상부에 배치된 상기 회동부재와 하부에 배치된 회동부재 사이에 형성된 공간을 가려주는 차폐부;를 포함하고, 상기 경첩부 내부에는 상기 고정부재와 회동부재 및 체결부재로 둘러싸인 안전홈이 형성되는 U자형 경첩을 구비한 안전도어를 제공한다.
