Hand-holding safety hinges for narrow door frames
The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing an injury due to a finger becoming jammed in a gap between a door frame and a door opened or closed by a hinge in a hinged manner. The safety device maintains the conventional structure including a first foldable plate material provided on one side of a first foldable surface and a second foldable plate material. A fixing member is provided on the other side of the first foldable plate material and has a protruding outer wall extended by a second foldable surface and bent to one side. While the door is closed, the protruding outer wall of the fixing member closely contacts the door frame to be mounted at a correct position. A mounting member mounted on the door frame closely contacts the tip of the protruding outer wall of the mounted fixing member to be mounted at a right position at all times. The other side of the second foldable plate material integrally has a fitting cap extended by a third foldable surface. While the door is opened, the fitting cap is simply assembled to the mounting member by one-touch pressure, and the door allows the first foldable plate material and the second foldable plate material to be folded to overlap with each other. Therefore, the safety device uses simplified parts, thereby being easily installed and handled, and secures the gap and prevents the parts from being visually recognized from the outside by folding and unfolding of the first and second foldable plate materials, thereby securing excellence in beauty.
본 발명은 경첩에 의하여 여닫이로 개폐되는 문틀과 문 사이로 발생하는 문틈으로 손가락에 끼임에 의한 부상을 방지토록 한 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 제1절첩면을 중심으로 일측에 제1절첩판재와 상기 제1절첩판재보다 제2절첩판재로 이루어진 종래의 구조를 유지하면서도 상기 제1절첩판재의 타측변에는 제2절첩면에 의하여 연장되어 일측단으로 절곡된 돌출외벽을 갖는 고정대를 구비하여 상기 고정대의 돌출외벽이 문짝이 닫힌상태에서 문틀에 밀착되어 정확한 위치에 장착되고, 장착된 고정대의 돌출외벽의 선단에는 문틀에 장착되는 장착대가 밀착되어 항상 정위치에 장착되도록 하고, 제2절첩판재의 타측변에는 제3절첩면에 의하여 연장되어진 끼움캡을 일체로 구비하여 문짝이 개방된 상태에서 끼움캡을 장착대에 원터치 누름가압으로 간단하게 조립되도록 하면서 문짝이 제2첩판재와 제2절첩판재가 이중으로 중첩되게 접혀지도록 하여 간소화되 부품사용으로 설치 및 취급을 종래보다 향상토록하면서 절첩판재가 벌어짐과 접혀짐에 의하여 문폭의 확보는 물론 설치된 부품이 외부에서 보이지 전혀 않도록 하여 우수한 미관을 제공토록 한 것이다.
