Floodgate opening and shuting equipment have obstruction removal function
The present invention relates to a floodgate winding device having a foreign substance removal function. The floodgate winding device having the foreign substance removal function has an electronic brake stopping the rotation of a shaft or a rotation shaft of a driving unit or rotating the same in one among the driving unit or the shaft. The rotation shaft has a rotation shaft rotation detecting unit detecting the rotation of the rotation shaft. A backflow detecting unit detecting the backflow of water is installed on one side of a floodgate frame. A control unit is installed around the driving unit. When the backflow of the water is detected by the backflow detecting unit, electricity is supplied to the electronic brake by the control unit to remove a brake force of the electronic brake to rotate the shaft or the rotation shaft so that the floodgate rapidly descends by the weight of the floodgate. When the floodgate descent reaches a position adjacent to the lower bottom of the floodgate frame, the power is supplied to the driving unit by the control unit so that the floodgate descends at a lower speed by the driving unit and a decelerating unit and is tightly in contact with the bottom surface of the floodgate frame. When the floodgate is not tightly closed to the bottom surface of the floodgate frame because of foreign substances on the floodgate frame, the control unit transmits a signal to the driving unit to enable the floodgate to vertically reciprocate at least one or more times and automatically remove the foreign substances positioned in the floodgate frame by water pressure in accordance with a change in the flow speed.
본 발명은 이물질 제거 기능을 갖는 수문 권양장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 상기 구동수단 또는 상기 샤프트 중 어느 하나에 구동수단의 회전축 또는 샤프트의 회전을 정지 또는 회전되게 하는 전자브레이크가 설치되고, 상기 회전축에는 그 회전축의 회전 여부를 감지하는 회전축회전감지수단이 설치되며, 상기 수문 틀의 일 측에는 물의 역류를 감지하는 역류감지수단이 설치되고, 상기 구동수단의 주위에는 제어부가 설치되어 상기 역류감지수단에서 물의 역류가 감지되면 제어부를 통하여 상기 전자브레이크에 전기를 공급하여 상기 구동수단의 회전축 또는 샤프트가 회전되도록 전자브레이크의 제동력을 해제하여 수문이 자중에 의해 신속하게 하강하도록 하고, 그 하강하는 수문이 수문 틀의 하부 바닥의 근접된 위치에 도달하면 상기 제어부를 통하여 상기 구동수단으로 전원을 공급하여 수문이 구동수단과 감속수단에 의해 저속으로 하강하며 수문이 수문 틀의 바닥면에 긴밀히 접촉되도록 하되, 상기 수문 틀에 이물질이 존재하여 수문이 수문 틀의 바닥면에 긴밀히 닫히지 못할 경우에는 상기 제어부에서 구동수단으로 신호를 보내 수문을 적어도 1회 이상 일정량 상하 왕복 운동시켜 수문 틀에 위치하는 이물질이 유속변화에 따른 수압에 의해 자동으로 제거되도록 구성시켜 된 것으로 이루어진다.
