Foundation slab removal method for bearing capacity measurment of pile
The present invention relates to a floor foundation removal method for measuring the pile bearing power of an existing structure which easily identifies the position of a pile and easily removes an existing floor foundation without damage to a bearing power measurement target pile to measure the bearing power of the pile when removing a floor foundation for measuring the pile bearing power of an existing pile positioned on a lower portion of the floor foundation. The floor foundation removal method for measuring the pile bearing power of an existing structure with a floor foundation constructed on an upper portion of a pile inserted into the ground comprises: (a) a step of drilling a plurality of pile-searching cores with a smaller diameter than a bearing power measurement target pile on a floor foundation around the position of the pile on a floor plan to search for the real pile position; (b) a step of continuously drilling a plurality of pile-separating cores with a smaller diameter than the pile along the outside of the outline of the searched pile to separate a floor foundation on an upper portion of the pile and a surrounding floor foundation; (c) a step of removing the floor foundation in a range required for a pile bearing power measurement test around the pile; and (d) a step of removing the floor foundation of the upper portion of the pile and cleaning the head of the pile.
본 발명은 바닥 기초 하부에 위치하는 기존 파일의 파일 지지력 측정을 위한 바닥 기초 제거시, 파일 위치 파악이 용이하고 지지력 측정 대상 파일의 손상 없이 기존 바닥 기초를 쉽게 제거하여 파일 지지력을 측정할 수 있는 기존 구조물의 파일 지지력 측정을 위한 바닥 기초 제거 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 지반 내에 근입된 파일 상부에 바닥 기초가 시공된 기존 구조물의 파일 지지력을 측정하기 위한 바닥 기초 제거 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 지지력 측정 대상 파일의 도면상 위치를 중심으로 바닥 기초에 상기 파일보다 지름이 작은 복수의 파일 탐색용 코어를 천공하여 실제 파일 위치를 탐색하는 단계; (b) 탐색된 파일의 외곽선 외부를 따라 상기 파일보다 지름이 작은 복수의 파일 분리용 코어를 연속으로 천공하여 파일 상부의 바닥 기초를 주변 바닥 기초와 분리하는 단계; (c) 파일 주변의 파일 지지력 측정 시험에 필요한 범위의 바닥 기초를 제거하는 단계; 및 (d) 파일 상부의 바닥 기초를 제거하고 파일 두부를 정리하는 단계; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
