METHOD OF PILE-SLAB FOUNDATION AND SLAB-PILE FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTED IN THIS WAY
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of buildings and structures with a pile foundation on weak soils by the method of piercing piles of factory manufacturing into the ground. Method of pile-slab foundation by pressing piles with a step in the ground includes the installation of a base plate with holes for the piles, rigid attachment of the punching module with a hydraulic drive to the base plate, and then pressing the pile into the ground. At first, vacuum elastic casings with check valves are laid on the surface of the ground and a monolithic reinforced concrete slab of the power floor is laid with tapered holes arranged in steps proportional to the section of the pile. Rigidly attached to the power floor hydraulic punching module with a horizontal grip, then evacuate the elastic casings to a degree of dilution of 1.5–2 bar and the pile is fed into the horizontal gripper and pressed into the ground through an opening in the power floor plate at a constant speed, with the possibility of transferring the force of indentation to the reinforced concrete floor plate of the power floor.EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the weight and dimensions of the pill pressing installation, reducing material and labor costs in the device plate.2 cl, 1 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства зданий и сооружений со свайным фундаментом на слабых грунтах методом вдавливания свай заводского изготовления в грунт. Способ устройства свайно-плитного фундамента методом вдавливания свай с шагом в грунт включает устройство опорной плиты с отверстиями под сваи, жесткое крепление вдавливающего модуля с гидравлическим приводом к опорной плите с последующим вдавливанием сваи в грунт. Сначала на поверхность грунта укладывают вакуумные эластичные оболочки с обратными клапанам и бетонируют монолитную железобетонную плиту силового пола с расположенными с шагом конусообразными отверстиями, соразмерными сечению сваи. Жестко крепят к силовому полу гидравлический вдавливающий модуль с горизонтальным захватом, после этого вакуумируют эластичные оболочки до степени разрежения 1,5-2 бар и подают сваю в горизонтальный захват и вдавливают в грунт через отверстие в плите силового пола с постоянной скоростью с возможностью передачи усилия вдавливания на железобетонную плиту силового пола. Технический результат состоит в снижении веса и габаритов сваевдавливающей установки для вдавливания свай, сокращении материальных и трудовых затрат при устройстве плиты. 2 н.п. ф-лы, 1 ил.
