The present invention relates to a corner scraper with a detachable silicon nozzle which can fill a corner gap with a proper amount of silicon liquid discharged through a finishing elastic plate of a finishing scraper coupled to a discharged unit of a silicon nozzle, and easily and conveniently perform finishing work of smoothing a surface before the silicon liquid hardens. The corner scraper with a detachable silicon nozzle comprises: a silicon nozzle having a circular tube shape and including screw threads formed on the rear end thereof, a bending prevention protrusion formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, a protrusion formed on the front end thereof while forming one side thereof to be inclined to allow the inside thereof to become narrower forwards, and a discharge unit whose front end surface is inclined at an angle of 53 degrees while having side discharge units whose both sides are curved while the inside of the front thereof becomes narrower, and a center discharge unit with an undercut prevention protrusion convex to one side between the side discharge units; and a finishing elastic plate attached to and detached from the discharge unit, provided with an insertion hole identical to the outer surface of the discharge unit, and inclined at an angle of 55 degrees on the edge of the front end of the insertion hole.
본 발명은 실리콘 노즐의 토출부에 체결된 마감 헤라의 마감 탄성판을 통해 토출되는 실리콘 액을 코너 틈새에 적합한 양을 충진시킴과 동시에 실리콘 액이 경화되기 전에 표면을 매끄럽게 하는 마감 작업을 쉽고 간편하게 할 수 있는 실리콘노즐 탈부착형 코너전용헤라에 관한 것이다.이는 원형 튜브 형태이며, 후단에 나사산을 형성하고 외주면에 휘어짐 방지돌기를 형성하며, 전방으로 갈수록 내부가 협소해지도록 한쪽을 기울어지게 형성하면서 선단에 단턱을 형성하고, 전방 내부가 협소해지면서 양측이 만곡된 측면 배출부와 측면 배출부 사이에 한쪽으로 배가 나온 언더컷 방지돌기가 형성된 중앙 배출부를 가지면서 선단면이 53도 각도로 기울어진 토출부가 구비된 실리콘 노즐; 상기 토출부에 탈부착되며 토출부의 외면과 동일한 삽입공을 형성하고, 삽입공의 선단 테두리에 55도 각도로 기울어진 마감 탄성판이 형성된 마감 헤라로 구성한다.
