MIST INJECTION NOZZLE WITH DETACHABLE FUNCTION OF NDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
A mist spray nozzle with a detachable function for industrial facilities according to the present invention comprises: a base fixated to the outer surface of a mist spray target and having a through hole formed to communicate with the interior of the mist spray target; a nozzle support part that is provided to be detachable from the base in a state of being separately provided from the base and has an end to which a nozzle is connected; and a fastening part that fastens the nozzle support part to the base. According to the present invention, the nozzle support part to which the nozzle is connected is provided to be detachable from the base through the fastening part in a state in which the base is fixated to the outer surface of the mist spray target, thereby, if cleaning the nozzle is required, separating the nozzle support part from the base and then cleaning the nozzle to make it easy and fast cleaning the nozzle.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 산업시설의 탈부착 기능을 구비한 미스트 분사노즐은, 미스트 분사 대상물 외면에 고정하며, 상기 미스트 분사 대상물의 내부와 연통되도록 관통홀이 형성된 베이스; 상기 베이스와 별도로 구비된 상태에서 상기 베이스에 탈착되도록 구비되며, 단부에 노즐이 연결되는 노즐지지부; 및 상기 노즐지지부를 상기 베이스에 결속시키는 결속부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 미스트 분사 대상물 외면에 베이스를 고정한 상태에서 노즐이 연결된 노즐지지부를 결속부를 통해 베이스에 착탈 가능하게 구비함으로써 노즐 청소가 요구되면 노즐지지부를 베이스에서 분리한 후 청소 가능하므로 노즐 청소가 쉽고 빠른 효과가 있다.
