ASBESTOS REMOVING DEVICE USING FOR DEMOLITION ASBESTOS TEXTURE DURING DEMOLITION OF BUILDING
Provided is technology capable of completely preventing the scattering of asbestos during the removal of asbestos in a building, maximizing the use of automation functions, and minimizing the size of asbestos waste. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an asbestos removal apparatus for removing asbestos textures during the demolition of a building includes: a main frame forming a variable exterior in a width including an asbestos texture installation area which is a removal target; an asbestos collector installed in a lower area of the main frame to collect asbestos falling during the removal of asbestos textures, while collecting first asbestos which is a lump in a dry condition and collecting second asbestos which is a powder in wet conditions; a flexible protection layer having a central part fixed to the asbestos collector and having one area of an outer part fixed to the main frame to form a slope for guiding the movement direction of the first asbestos and the second asbestos to the asbestos collector, while including a porous and high-strength first layer for moving the first asbestos and a nonporous second layer for moving the second asbestos; and an asbestos treatment device receiving the first asbestos and the second asbestos, which have been moved to the protection layer and treated by the asbestos collector, to remove residual moisture from the first asbestos and the second asbestos, and compressing a mixture of the first asbestos and the second asbestos to store the mixture in an asbestos storage tank.
건축물의 석면 철거 시 석면 비산을 완전히 차단하고, 최대한의 자동화 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 석면 폐기물의 크기를 최소화할 수 있는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 건축물 철거 시의 석면 텍스 철거를 위한 석면 철거 장치는, 철거 대상이 되는 석면 텍스 설치영역을 포함하는 넓이로 가변적으로 구성될 수 있는 외형을 구성하는 메인 프레임; 메인 프레임의 하부 영역에 설치되어 석면 텍스의 제거 시 낙하하는 석면을 수집하되, 덩어리 형태의 제1 석면을 건식으로, 가루 형태의 제2 석면을 습식으로 수집하는 석면 수집 장치; 석면 수집 장치에 제1 석면 및 제2 석면이 이동되도록 이동 방향을 가이드하는 경사면을 형성하기 위해, 중앙 부분이 석면 수집 장치에 고정되고, 외변 부분의 일 영역이 메인 프레임에 고정되되, 제1 석면이 이동되는 다공성의 고강도의 제1 레이어와 제2 석면이 이동되는 무공성의 제2 레이어를 포함하는 플렉서블한 재질의 보양 레이어; 및 보양 레이어를 통해 석면 수집 장치에 이동된 후 석면 수집 장치에 의하여 처리된 제1 석면 및 제2 석면을 공급받아 제1 석면 및 제2 석면의 잔여 습기를 제거하고, 제1 석면 및 제2 석면의 혼합물을 압축하여 석면 저장용 탱크에 저장하는 석면 처리 장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
