The present invention relates to a smart supervision and construction business management system for efficient and safe asbestos demolition construction, which comprises: a connection unit connecting an external device for acquiring images of an asbestos demolition site and a terminal for transmitting information to transmit data; an asbestos investigation report checking unit providing an asbestos investigation report to a supervisor's terminal connected to the connection unit to allow the asbestos investigation report to be checked through the supervisor's terminal; a demolition plan checking unit providing a demolition plan to the supervisor's terminal connected to the connection unit to allow the demolition plan to be checked through the supervisor's terminal; a personnel checking unit receiving information on training completion and qualifications required for an asbestos demolition work from a worker's terminal connected to the connection unit to check whether the worker is qualified for the asbestos demolition work; and a database unit storing the asbestos investigation report for each asbestos demolition site provided by the asbestos investigation report checking unit, the demolition plan for each asbestos demolition site provided by the demolition plan checking unit, and the information on training completion and qualifications for each worker provided by the personnel checking unit. According to the present invention, photos, videos, and documents obtained at asbestos demolition supervision sites can be readily recorded and managed to enable asbestos demolition supervision to be efficiently performed and readily managed and reduce the work intensity of a supervisor of asbestos demolition.
본 발명은 석면 철거 현장에 대한 영상 획득을 위한 외부 기기와 정보 전달을 위한 단말기가 데이터의 전송을 위해 접속하도록 하는 접속부; 상기 접속부에 접속된 감리자의 단말기에 석면조사보고서를 제공하고, 상기 감리자의 단말기를 통해 상기 석면조사보고서에 대한 확인이 이루어지도록 하는 석면조사보고서확인부; 상기 접속부에 접속된 감리자의 단말기에 철거계획서를 제공하고, 상기 감리자의 단말기를 통해 상기 철거계획서에 대한 확인이 이루어지도록 하는 철거계획서확인부; 상기 접속부에 접속된 작업자의 단말기로부터 석면 철거 작업에 필요한 교육 이수 및 자격 관련 정보를 제공받아 작업자가 석면 철거 작업에 대한 자격을 가졌는지 여부를 확인하는 인적확인부; 및 상기 석면조사보고서확인부가 제공하는 석면 철거 현장 각각에 대한 석면조사보고서, 상기 철거계획서확인부가 제공하는 석면 철거 현장 각각에 대한 철거계획서, 상기 인적확인부가 제공받은 작업자 각각에 대한 교육 이수 및 자격 관련 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스부;를 포함하도록 한 효율적이고 안전한 석면해체공사를 위한 스마트 감리 및 건설사업관리시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 석면 철거 감리 현장에서 획득되는 사진, 동영상 및 문서 등의 기록과 관리가 용이하도록 할 수 있고, 이로 인해 석면 철거 감리의 효율적인 수행 및 관리가 용이하도록 할 수 있으며, 석면 철거 감리자의 노동 강도를 줄이는 효과를 가진다.
