The present invention relates to a device of weaving an artificial turf mat having a quadruple structure, and more specifically, to a device of weaving an artificial turf mat having a quadruple structure, which comprises: an artificial turf mat weaving unit including a tufting needle weaving pile yarns into bubble paper to weave an artificial turf mat having a quadruple structure, and a hook disposed on a lower portion of the tufting needle and hooked to the tufting needle to snatch the woven pile yarns; and a pile yarn supply amount control unit including a yarn supply unit disposed on an upper portion of the artificial turf mat weaving unit to supply pile yarns and a supply roller unit configured to constantly maintain tension of the pile yarns supplied from the yarn supply unit. Therefore, according to the present invention, the artificial turf mat having a quadruple structure manufactured by the device of weaving an artificial turf mat having a quadruple structure includes a first pile and a third pile having a straight-hair form and a second pile and a fourth pile having a crimp form, wherein heights of the first pile and the third pile are different and levels of crimp of the second pile and the fourth pile are different to improve vertical strength and restoring force and thus, it is possible to provide the artificial turf mat having a quadruple structure, which may have performance the most similar to the natural turf.
본 발명은 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트를 제직하는 터프팅 제직장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트를 제직하기 위하여 파일원사를 기포지에 제직하도록 구성되는 터프팅 바늘, 상기 터프팅 바늘의 하부에 위치하여 터프팅 바늘에 꿰어져서 제직된 파일원사를 낚아채도록 구성되는 후크로 이루어지는 인조잔디매트 제직부와, 상기 인조잔디매트 제직부의 상부에 위치하여 파일원사를 공급하도록 구성되는 원사 공급부, 상기 원사 공급부로부터 공급되는 파일원사의 장력을 일정하게 유지하도록 공급 롤러부로 이루어지는 파일원사 공급량 조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트 제직장치에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트 제직장치에서 제조되는 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트는, 직모 형태의 제1 파일, 제3 파일과, 크림프 형태의 제2 파일, 제4 파일로 구성되어, 상기 제1파일과 제3 파일의 높이를 각각 달리하고, 상기 제2 파일과 제4 파일의 크림프 정도를 각각 달리하여, 수직강도를 향상 및 복원력을 제고하여 천연잔디와 가장 유사한 성능의 4중 구조의 인조잔디매트를 제공한다.
