ARTIFICIAL TURF WITH DOUBLE-SIDED WEAVING STRUCTURE AND WEAVING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an artificial turf with a double-sided weaving structure, and a weaving method thereof, wherein the artificial turf with a double-sided weaving structure comprises: base paper; a first turf layer woven on a first side of the base paper; and a second turf layer woven on a second side corresponding to a back side of the first side of the base paper to be disposed in an opposite direction to the first turf layer. Therefore, the first turf layer is disposed toward the ground surface during construction of artificial turf to be capable of forming an elastic structure for absorbing an impact and remove or minimize use of a filling material such as a rubber chip.
본 발명은 양면제직구조의 인조잔디 및 그 제직방법에 관한 것으로, 양면제직구조의 인조잔디는 기포지, 상기 기포지의 제1 면에 제직되는 제1 잔디층, 및 상기 기포지의 상기 제1 면의 배면에 해당하는 제2 면에 제직되어 상기 제1 잔디층과 반대 방향으로 배치되는 제2 잔디층을 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 인조잔디 시공시 제1 잔디층이 지면을 향해 배치되어 충격흡수를 위한 탄성구조를 형성할 수 있고 고무칩 등의 충진재를 사용하지 않거나 최소화할 수 있다.
