The present invention relates to artificial turf on which a photocatalyst is coated, a filling material for artificial turf, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein a photocatalyst is coated on a plurality of artificial turf piles, a filling material filled among the artificial turf piles, and a component material of the artificial turf, in order to perform deodorization, block dust, particulate matter, and ultrafine particulate matter in the air, remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs), nitrogen oxides (NO_x), and sulfur oxides (SO_x), eliminate odor-causing substances such as formaldehyde, ammonia, and trimethylamine (TMA), and provide antibiotic, antivirus, and antifungal functions. To this end, a pile is planted on a sheet for artificial lawn with the filling material for artificial turf and a yarn for artificial turf, before an adhesive is applied with a thermoplastic resin on a lower surface of the sheet for artificial lawn. Then, a TIO_2-based photocatalyst is coated on the artificial lawn which is formed after a drainage hole is punched.
본 발명은 복수개의 인조잔디 파일들 및 인조잔디 파일 사이에 충진되는 충진재와 인조잔디 구성재에 광촉매를 코팅하여, 탈취, 대기 중의 먼지ㆍ미세먼지ㆍ초미세먼지 차단, 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs), 질소산화물(NOx), 황산화물(SOx)의 제거와 포름알데히드(formaldehyde), 암모니아(ammonia), TMA(trimethylamine) 등의 악취물질 제거 및 항균ㆍ항바이러스ㆍ항곰팡이 기능을 갖는 광촉매가 코팅된 인조잔디, 인조잔디용 충진재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 인조잔디용 충진재 및 인조잔디용 원사(Yarn)로 인조잔디용 시트에 파일(Pile)을 입모하고, 상기 인조잔디용 시트 하부면에 열가소성 수지로 접착제를 도포한 후 배수공을 펀칭하여 형성한 인조잔디에 TIO2계 광촉매를 코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디를 제공한다.
