Artificial Turf Filler Coated wth Photocatalysis and Method Thereof
A natural filler for an artificial turf coated with photocatalysts contains, by volume, 26 to 51 % of ceramic chips and 49 to 74 % of cork chips. The ceramic chips contain: 70 to 90 wt% of zeolite; 3 to 15 wt% of bentonite; 2 to 5 wt% of barley stone; and 2 to 15 wt% of kaolin. The ceramic chips are coated with the photocatalysts. Therefore, the natural filler for an artificial turf coated with the photocatalysts can prevent or minimize damage to a user.
광촉매가 코팅된 인조잔디 천연 충진재는, 부피비로, 세라믹 칩을 26 ~ 51%, 코르크 칩을 49 ~ 74%로 포함한다. 세라믹 칩은, 무게비로, 제올라이트 70 ~ 90 중량%, 벤토나이트 3 ~ 15 중량%, 맥반석 2 ~ 5 중량%, 고령토 2 ~ 15 중량%를 포함한다. 세라믹 칩은 광촉매로 코팅된다.
