The present invention relates to a weaving device for a walking mat, which includes a warp division supply device. The warp division supply device includes a second warp division supply device to divide warp yarn into first warp yarn moving upward and second warp yarn moving downward and provide the same. The second warp division supply device includes a first warp second division supply device and a second warp second division supply device which move up and down in opposite directions. Annular rings are provided on lower ends of the first warp second division supply device and the second warp second division supply device, respectively, so that the first warp yarn and the second warp yarn pass through the annular rings, respectively. A rack gear is provided on each side surface on which the first warp second division supply device and the second warp second division supply device face each other. A pinion gear is provided on a central portion of a second warp division supply device support which supports the second warp division supply device. The pinion gear and the rack gears each provided on side surfaces of the first warp second division supply device and the second warp second division supply device are engaged on opposite sides to move upward and downward, respectively, by power at the same time. A weft supply device is provided to supply weft yarn to a space of warp yarn supplied from the warp division supply device. The weft supply device is configured to divide and supply the warp yarn moving downward while applying a weft pressure by using a weft pressure device after supplying the weft yarn. The present invention is operated by an automatic process, thereby improving reliability of a product.
본 발명은 하기와 같은 구성을 가진다. 경사분할공급장치;상기 경사분할공급장치는 경사들을 상부로 이동하는 제1경사와 하부로 이동하는 제2경사를 분할하여 공급하도록 경사제2분할공급장치를 구성하되,상기 경사제2분할공급장치는 상하로 각각 반대방향으로 이동하는 제1경사제2분할공급장치와 제2경사제2분할공급장치로 구성하고,상기 제1경사제2분할공급장치와 상기 제2경사제2분할공급장치의 하단부에는 환형상의 환고리를 구성하여 각각 제1경사 및 제2경사가 통과되도록 구성하며,상기 제1경사제2분할공급장치와 상기 제2경사제2분할공급장치가 서로 대면하고 있는 각각의 측면에는 래크기어로 구성하고, 상기 경사제2분할공급장치를 지지하는 경사제2분할공급장치지지대의 중앙부에는 피니언기어를 구성하여 상기 제1경사제2분할공급장치와 상기 제2경사제2분할공급장치의 측면에 각각 구성된 상기 래크기어와 상기 피니언기어가 서로 맞은편에서 결합되어 동력에 의하여 동시에 각각 상부와 하부로 이동하도록 구성하며,상기 경사분할공급장치에서 공급한 경사들 공간에 위사를 공급하는 위사공급장치를 구성하고,위사를 공급하고 난 후에 위사압력장치를 사용하여 위사압력과 동시에 하부로 이동되는 경사들을 분할공급하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보행용매트직조장치에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a weaving device for a walking mat, which includes a warp division supply device. The warp division supply device includes a second warp division supply device to divide warp yarn into first warp yarn moving upward and second warp yarn moving downward and provide the same. The second warp division supply device includes a first warp second division supply device and a second warp second division supply device which move up and down in opposite directions. Annular rings are provided on lower ends of the first warp second division supply device and the second warp second division supply device, respectively, so that the first warp yarn and the second warp yarn pass through the annular rings, respectively. A rack gear is provided on each side surface on which the first warp second division supply device and the second warp second division supply device face each other.
