WALKING MAT WEAVING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a walking mat weaving machine in which horizontal lines are densely and stably arranged between vertical lines so that the walking mat is densely woven. According to the present invention, the walking mat weaving machine comprises: a vertical line feeding unit (100) feeding a vertical line (A); a vertical line support (200) installed on the front side of the vertical line feeding unit (100) and supporting the vertical line (A); a vertical line crossing unit (300) installed on the front side of the vertical line support unit (200) and crossing the vertical line (A); a horizontal line feeding unit (400) installed on the front side of the vertical line crossing unit (300) and feeding a horizontal line (B) between the vertical lines (A); a horizontal line contact unit (500) installed on the front side of the vertical line crossing unit (300) and behind the horizontal line feeding unit (400); a mat discharge unit (600) installed on the front side of the horizontal line contact unit (500) and discharging the woven mat (M) to the outside; and a mat fixing unit (700) installed between the horizontal line contact unit (500) and the mat discharge unit (600) and fixing the woven mat (M).
본 발명은 세로줄에 가로줄이 조밀하면서 안정적으로 배치되어 보행매트가 보다 조밀하게 직조될 수 있도록 하는 보행매트 직조기에 관한 것으로, 본 보행매트 직조기는 세로줄(A)을 투입하는 세로줄 투입부(100)와, 상기 세로줄 투입부(100)의 전방에 설치되고 세로줄(A)을 지지하는 세로줄 지지부(200)와, 상기 세로줄 지지부(200)의 전방에 설치되고 세로줄(A)을 교차시키는 세로줄 교차부(300)와, 상기 세로줄 교차부(300)의 전방에 설치되고 세로줄(A) 사이로 가로줄(B)을 투입시키는 가로줄 투입부(400)와, 상기 세로줄 교차부(300)의 전방으로 상기 가로줄 투입부(400)의 후방에 설치되는 가로줄 밀착부(500)와, 상기 가로줄 밀착부(500)의 전방에 설치되고 직조된 매트(M)를 외부로 배출시키는 매트배출부(600)와, 상기 가로줄 밀착부(500)와 매트배출부(600)의 사이에 설치되고 직조된 매트(M)를 고정시키는 매트고정부(700)를 포함한다.
