U PRECAST SLAB FOR PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Disclosed is a pavement precast slab constructing method using a U-shaped dowel bar, which can move a U-shaped dowel bar to a connecting surface side with a pavement precast slab and can adjust a height so as to minimize damage to upper surfaces of a plurality of pavement precast slabs. The pavement precast slab using the U-shaped dowel bar includes: a flat plate type horizontal dowel bar hole formed on a connecting surface of a body part of one side pavement precast segment; both horizontal dowel bar holes formed on a connecting surface of a body part of the other side pavement precast segment so as to communicate with the flat plate type horizontal dowel bar hole; and a U-shaped dowel bar in which a U-shaped body part is inserted into the flat plate type horizontal dowel bar hole and in which both leg parts are inserted into both horizontal dowel bar holes.
다수의 포장용 프리캐스트 슬래브의 상면 손상을 최소화 할 수 있도록 포장용 프리캐스트 슬래브와의 연결면쪽으로 U형 다웰바를 이동시킬 수 있도록 하면서 높이를 조정할 수 있는 U형 다웰바를 이용한 포장용 프리캐스트 슬래브 시공방법이 개시되며, 상기 U형 다웰바를 이용한 포장용 프리캐스트 슬래브는 일측 포장용 프리캐스트 세그먼트의 몸통부 연결면에 형성된 평판형 다웰바수평홀; 타측 포장용 프리캐스트 세그먼트의 몸통부 연결면에 상기 평판형 다웰바수평홀과 연통되도록 형성된 양 다웰바수평홀; 상기 평판형 다웰바수평홀에 U형 몸통부가 삽입되며, 양 다리부가 양 다웰바수평홀에 삽입되는 U형 다웰바;를 포함한다.
