The present invention relates to a roof fixing device of a solar panel, which installs a root with complete waterproofing performance using a solar panel, and can install the solar panel and remove rainwater by a simple structure. According to the present invention, a C-shaped steel vertical drainage for performing drainage in a vertical direction by being spaced by the length in a horizontal width direction of a solar panel is fixed to an upper side of a structure having a predetermined height. Also, a C-shaped steel horizontal drainage for performing drainage in a horizontal direction by being spaced by the length in a forward and backward direction of the solar panel is fixed to an upper side of the vertical drainage, and water flowing through the horizontal drainage is installed to flow through the vertical drainage. In addition, a packing for supporting a rear surface and a flange of the solar panel is inserted into a front end of the horizontal drainage, and is closely attached and fixed to the solar panel by packing of the horizontal drainage, and the horizontal drainage is fixed to the vertical drainage by an L-shaped flange.
본 발명은 태양광 패널을 이용하여 방수가 완벽히 이루어지는 지붕을 설치하는 것으로, 간단한 구조에 의해 태양광 패널의 설치와 빗물 제거가 이루어지도록 하는 태양광 패널의 지붕 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 일정 높이를 갖는 구조물의 상측으로 태양광 패널의 좌우 폭방향 길이를 이격시켜 종 방향으로 배수가 이루어지는 C 형강의 종배수로를 고정하고, 상기 종배수로의 상측으로 태양광 패널의 전후방향 길이를 이격시켜 횡방향으로 배수가 이루어지는 C 형강의 횡배수로를 고정하되 상기 횡배수로를 타고 흐르는 물은 종배수로로 흐르게 설치하고, 상기 횡배수로의 선단에는 태양광 패널의 배면과 플렌지를 받치는 패킹을 끼워주되 상기 횡배수로의 패킹으로 태양광 패널에 밀착되며 고정되고, 상기 횡배수로는 ㄱ자형 플렌지에 의해 종배수로에 고정되게 함으로써 이루어진다.
