EARLY STRENGTH MODIFIED QUICK HARDENING CONCRETE COMPOSITION CONTAINING SULFUR AND ROAD REPAIRING OR REINFORCING APPARATUS THEREWITH
The present invention provides a sulfur-containing concrete composition with ultra-rapid hardening and high early-strength properties, which is excellent, inexpensive, and has excellent on-site applicability by using general Portland cement as a main material and mixing calcium sulfoaluminate (CSA) or calcium aluminate (CA) for securing ultra-rapid hardening and high early-strength properties, sulfur powder for securing adhesion, crack resistance, salt resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and abrasion resistance, and anhydrous gypsum for compacting the structure of hydrated minerals, preventing shrinkage of concrete, and speeding up hydration of cement minerals; and a repairing and reinforcing device for road pavement for providing quick installation and curing time by using the sulfur-containing concrete composition. According to the present invention, the sulfur-containing concrete composition with ultra-rapid hardening and high early-strength properties includes: 100 to 200 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate (CSA) or calcium aluminate (CA); 10 to 35 parts by weight of sulfur powder; and 80 to 150 parts by weight of anhydrous gypsum based on 100 parts by weight of general Portland cement.
본 발명은 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트를 주재로 하고, 초속경 및 조강 특성 확보를 위한 칼슘설포알루미네이트(CSA) 또는 칼슘알루미네이트(CA)와, 부착성, 균열저항성, 내염해성, 동결융해 저항성, 내마모성 등의 확보를 위한 유황분말과, 수화광물의 조직을 치밀하게 하고 콘크리트의 수축을 방지하며 시멘트 광물의 수화속도를 높이기 위한 무수석고를 혼합하여 우수하면서도 저렴하며 현장 적용성이 뛰어난 초속경 및 조강 특성을 갖는 유황 함유 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 빠른 포설 및 양생시간을 제공하는 도로 포장 보수·보강장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 초속경 및 조강 특성을 갖는 유황 함유 콘크리트 조성물은 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 칼슘설포알루미네이트(CSA) 또는 칼슘알루미네이트(CA) 100~200중량부와, 유황분말 10~35중량부와, 무수석고 80~150중량부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
