The present invention relates to an outdoor unit holder structure for a building capable of providing emergency evacuation in case of a fire, which is used as an outdoor unit holder in normal times and can be used as a ladder in an emergency situation such as a fire. According to the present invention, the outdoor unit holder structure for a building capable of providing emergency evacuation in case of a fire comprises: a pair of fixing brackets; a connection bracket; a horizontal bracket including a pair of first horizontal frames, a second horizontal frame, and a third horizontal frame; a plurality of coupling brackets; a support bracket including a first support bracket and a second support bracket to be detachably coupled to the second horizontal frame; and a rescue ladder including a first connection bar, a second connection bar, and a plurality of third connection bars to be detachably coupled to the connection bracket.
본 발명은 평상시에는 건축물의 외벽에 실외기를 거치시키는 실외기 거치대로 사용되고, 화재와 같은 비상상황에서는 아래층으로 신속히 대피할 수 있는 사다리로 사용되는 화재시 비상대피가 가능한 건축용 실외기 거치대 구조에 관한 것으로, 그 특징적인 구성은 실외기를 설치하고자 하는 건축물의 외벽에 설치되며, 상기 외벽과 대향되는 부위에는 복수개의 체결공이 형성되고, 측부에는 복수개의 결합공이 형성된 'ㄱ'자 형상으로, 건축물의 외벽에 간격을 두고 수직 방향으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 고정브라켓; 상기 고정브라켓의 상단에 양측 단부가 고정되게 설치되며, 길이 방향의 상면에는 한 쌍의 걸림홈이 형성된 연결브라켓; 상기 결합공과 대응되는 부위에 연결공이 형성되고 상기 연결공과 대향되는 위치에는 고정공이 형성되어 상기 고정브라켓의 전면에 수평 방향으로 이격 설치되는 한 쌍의 제1수평프레임과, 상기 제1수평프레임의 단부를 연결하도록 고정 설치되고 내측 중심부에는 관통공이 형성된 제2수평프레임과, 상기 제1수평프레임을 내측부를 상호 연결하도록 결합되는 제3수평프레임으로 구성되어 내측으로 실외기의 하단이 안착되게 구성되는 수평브라켓; 상기 결합공과 대응되는 삽입공이 일단에 형성되어 일단이 상기 고정브라에 볼트로 체결되고, 상기 고정공과 대응되는 볼트공이 타단에 형성되어 타단이 상기 제1수평프레임에 볼트로 체결되어 상기 고정브라켓과 수평브라켓의 결합을 지지하는 복수개의 결합브라켓; 상기 관통공과 대응되는 삽입공이 하단에 형성된 제1지지브라켓과, 상기 제1지지브라켓의 상단에 일체로 절곡 형성되며 상면에는 복수개의 걸림공이 형성된 제2지지브라켓으로 구성되어 상기 수평브라켓에 안착되는 실외기의 전면을 감싸도록 상기 제2수평프레임에 탈착 결합되는 지지브라켓; 상기 걸림홈에 탈착 결합되는 연결고리가 탄성와이어를 통하여 상단에 구비된 제1연결바와, 상기 걸림공에 탈착 결합되는 걸림고리가 탄성와이어를 통하여 하단에 구비되어 상기 제1연결바와 이격되게 위치되는 제2연결바와, 상기 제1연결바와 제2연결바의 사이로 탄성와이어를 통하여 연결되는 복수개의 제3연결바로 구성되어 상기 연결브라켓에 탈착 결합되는 구인사다리;를 포함하여 구성된다.
