Insulated frame for windows and doors with adjustable width of glass groove
The present invention relates to an insulating frame for windows and doors with a width-adjustable glass groove and more specifically, to a technique of a new concept, which allows glass having a variety of thicknesses to be installed in a glass groove of an insulating frame for windows and doors, and achieves rigidity high enough for withstanding the weight of glass. Insulating frames for windows and doors disclosed in the prior art cannot be constructed in response to the thickness of glass since the insulating frames have a typical glass groove with a fixed width. In addition, the insulating frames have rigidity insufficient for withstanding the weight of glass as well as stably supporting the glass, thereby deteriorating stability. To eliminate the problems, the insulating frame for windows of the present invention can be constructed to properly correspond to glass with a variety of thicknesses by means of selecting stainless bent bars, which are manufactured with various standards to have glass grooves of different widths at the center of upper ends thereof, and installing the same to surround the outer surfaces of divided reinforcing frames. In addition, the divided reinforcing frames can receive the weight of glass as support surfaces of the glass grooves are entirely seated on upper surfaces of the divided reinforcing frames.
본 발명은 유리홈의 폭조절이 가능한 창호용 단열프레임에 관한 것으로, 특히 창호용 단열프레임의 유리홈에 다양한 두께의 유리를 설치할 수 있고, 상기 유리의 중량을 충분하게 견딜 수 있는 고강성을 구현하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 창호용 단열프레임은 유리홈의 폭이 일정하게 정형화됨으로써 유리의 두께에 대응하여 시공할 수 없고, 유리의 중량을 견디기 위한 강성이 부족함은 물론 유리를 안정적으로 받쳐줄 수 없어 안정성이 저하되는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 상단 중앙에 각기 다른 폭의 유리홈이 형성된 다양한 규격으로 제작된 스테인레스 절곡바를 선택하여 분할 보강프레임의 외면을 감싸게 설치하는 방법으로 다양한 두께의 유리에 적절하게 대응하여 시공할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 유리홈의 받침면이 분할 보강프레임의 상부면에 전체적으로 안착되면서 유리의 중량을 분할 보강프레임이 받을 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
