INITIAL RAINWATER EXCLUDING DEVICE AND RAIN WATER RESERVOIR COMPRISING THE SAME
An embodiment of the present invention relates to an initial rainwater eliminating device, which is installed between a rainwater introduction pipe and a rainwater discharge pipe which communicate with each other in a vertical direction, and may comprise: an upper connecting unit which is coupled after communicating with the rainwater introduction pipe; a lower connecting unit which is coupled after communicating with the rainwater discharge pipe; a body unit of which an upper surface is coupled to communicate with the upper connecting unit, and a lower surface is coupled to communicate with the lower connecting unit; a side surface connecting unit which is coupled after communicating with a side surface of the body unit, and is connected to a rainwater storage tank such that stored rainwater can be introduced thereinto; a rainwater guide unit which is installed in a plate shape in the body unit in order to guide the rainwater such that the rainwater can be introduced into the side surface connecting unit, and is hinged to the body unit to be rotated around a hinge in order to be movable between a first position in which initial rainwater is not introduced into the side surface connecting unit and a second position in which the rainwater is guided to the side surface connecting unit; and an initial rainwater storage unit which is coupled to the rainwater guide unit, and stores the initial rainwater before allowing the rainwater guide unit to be rotatably moved from the first position to the second position by the weight of the stored initial rainwater, thereby guiding the rainwater to the side surface connecting unit.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 상하 방향으로 연통되는 우수 입수관과 우수 배수관 사이에 설치되는 초기 우수 배제 장치는, 우수 입수관과 연통하여 결합되는 상부 연결부와, 우수 배수관과 연통하여 결합되는 하부 연결부와, 상측면은 상부 연결부와 연통하여 결합되고, 하측면은 하부 연결부와 연통하여 결합되는 몸체부와, 몸체부의 측면에 연통하여 결합되며 우수 저장조와 연결되어 저장되는 우수가 유입되는 측면 연결부와, 몸체부 내에 플레이트 형상으로 설치되며 측면 연결부로 우수가 유입될 수 있도록 우수를 가이드하되, 몸체부에 힌지 결합되어 힌지를 중심으로 회전하여 초기 우수가 측면 연결부로 유입되지 않는 제1 위치와 측면 연결부로 우수를 가이드하는 제2 위치 사이에서 이동 가능한 우수 가이드부와, 우수 가이드부에 결합되며, 초기 우수를 저장하고 저장되는 초기 우수의 중량에 의해 우수 가이드부를 제1 위치에서 제2 위치로 회전 이동시켜 측면 연결부로 우수를 가이드하는 초기 우수 저장부를 포함할 수 있다.
