SOIL RETAINING PLATE AND SOIL RETAINING PLATE ASSEMBLY HAVING THE SAME
According to the present invention, a soil retaining plate assembly comprises: a soil retaining plate which is arranged between a pair of support columns; and at least one reinforcing material having a horizontal length shorter than that of the soil retaining plate in order to be separately coupled to the soil retaining plate. The soil retaining plate comprises: a rear surface plate unit; a lower surface plate unit which is provided in a shape forwardly bent from a lower end of the rear surface plate unit; an upper surface plate unit which is provided in a shape forwardly bent from an upper end of the rear surface plate unit; a lower front surface plate unit which is provided in a shape upwardly bent from a distal end of the lower surface plate unit; an upper front surface plate unit which is provided in a shape downwardly bent from a distal end of the upper surface plate unit; and a soil retaining plate groove. The reinforcing material comprises: a rear surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the rear surface plate unit to come in contact with the rear surface plate unit; a lower surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the lower surface plate unit to come in contact with the lower surface plate unit; an upper surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the upper surface plate unit to come in contact with the upper surface plate unit; a lower front surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the lower front surface plate unit to come in contact with the lower front surface plate unit; and an upper front surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the front surface plate unit to come in contact with the upper front surface plate unit.
본 발명에 따른 토류판 조립체는, 한 쌍의 버팀 기둥 사이에 배치되는 토류판과, 토류판에 분리 가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 토류판보다 좌우 길이가 짧은 하나 이상의 보강재를 포함한다. 토류판은, 후면판부와, 후면판부의 하단에서 전방 측으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 하면판부와, 후면판부의 상단에서 전방 측으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 상면판부와, 하면판부의 끝단에서 상부 방향으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 하부 전면판부와, 상면판부의 끝단에서 하부 방향으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 상부 전면판부와, 토류판 홈을 구비한다. 보강재는, 후면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 후면판부에 접할 수 있는 후면 보강부와, 하면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 하면판부에 접할 수 있는 하면 보강부와, 상면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 상면판부에 접할 수 있는 상면 보강부와, 하부 전면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 하부 전면판부에 접할 수 있는 하부 전면 보강부와, 상부 전면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 상부 전면판부에 접할 수 있는 상부 전면 보강부를 구비한다.

According to the present invention, a soil retaining plate assembly comprises: a soil retaining plate which is arranged between a pair of support columns; and at least one reinforcing material having a horizontal length shorter than that of the soil retaining plate in order to be separately coupled to the soil retaining plate. The soil retaining plate comprises: a rear surface plate unit; a lower surface plate unit which is provided in a shape forwardly bent from a lower end of the rear surface plate unit; an upper surface plate unit which is provided in a shape forwardly bent from an upper end of the rear surface plate unit; a lower front surface plate unit which is provided in a shape upwardly bent from a distal end of the lower surface plate unit; an upper front surface plate unit which is provided in a shape downwardly bent from a distal end of the upper surface plate unit; and a soil retaining plate groove. The reinforcing material comprises: a rear surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the rear surface plate unit to come in contact with the rear surface plate unit; a lower surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the lower surface plate unit to come in contact with the lower surface plate unit; an upper surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the upper surface plate unit to come in contact with the upper surface plate unit; a lower front surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the lower front surface plate unit to come in contact with the lower front surface plate unit; and an upper front surface reinforcing unit which is arranged to face the front surface plate unit to come in contact with the upper front surface plate unit.
본 발명에 따른 토류판 조립체는, 한 쌍의 버팀 기둥 사이에 배치되는 토류판과, 토류판에 분리 가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 토류판보다 좌우 길이가 짧은 하나 이상의 보강재를 포함한다. 토류판은, 후면판부와, 후면판부의 하단에서 전방 측으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 하면판부와, 후면판부의 상단에서 전방 측으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 상면판부와, 하면판부의 끝단에서 상부 방향으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 하부 전면판부와, 상면판부의 끝단에서 하부 방향으로 꺾인 형태로 구비되는 상부 전면판부와, 토류판 홈을 구비한다. 보강재는, 후면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 후면판부에 접할 수 있는 후면 보강부와, 하면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 하면판부에 접할 수 있는 하면 보강부와, 상면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 상면판부에 접할 수 있는 상면 보강부와, 하부 전면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 하부 전면판부에 접할 수 있는 하부 전면 보강부와, 상부 전면판부와 마주하도록 배치되어 상부 전면판부에 접할 수 있는 상부 전면 보강부를 구비한다.
