The present invention relates to an emergency road traveling blocking apparatus capable of maximizing the safety of a driver by enabling an emergency situation in a tunnel to be identified remotely even at night or in cloudy weather by flickering an LED lamp provided in a warning light unit. According to the present invention, the emergency road traveling blocking apparatus notifies a driver of occurrence of an emergency, by lifting up and down a mesh net screen on which a warning or warning symbol is engraved, as the mesh net screen is wound around a driving shaft which is rotated forward and backward by a reciprocal motor mounted in an accommodation chamber installed at a horizontal frame horizontally fixed and installed to various types of pillars. In addition, a warning light unit including a plurality of LED lamps may be further installed separately from the warning symbol engraved on a lower portion of the mesh net screen.
본 발명은 터널입구 상단에 직접 고정설치되거나 또는 터널입구 전방 진입로에 설치되는 각종 형태의 지주에 수평으로 고정설치되는 수평프레임에 설치되는 수용함체내에 장착된 정역모터에 의해 정,역회전하는 구동축에 귄취되어 감겨지거나 풀려지면서 경고문구나 문양이 새겨진 메쉬망스크린을 승,하강시켜 운전자에게 비상사태 발생을 알려주도록 하는 긴급 도로운행 차단장치를 구성함에 있어서,상기 메쉬망스크린의 하측부분에 새겨진 경고문구와는 별개로, 간접발광체가 아닌 전원을 공급받되 컨버터와 점멸조절기를 통해 셋팅된 전기신호에 의해 점멸하는 복수의 LED램프로 구성된 경광부를 추가적으로 더 설치한 특수한 구성의 긴급 도로운행 차단장치를 제공함으로써,야간이나 흐린 날씨때문에 경고문구나 문양의 선명한 식별이 불가능하더라도 경광부에 구비되는 복수의 LED램프의 점멸에 의하여 표출되는 문자나 부호 또는 픽토그램이 야간이나 흐린 날씨에도 터널내부의 비상사태발생 상황을 보다 멀리에서도 확연히 식별이 가능하여 운전자의 안전을 극대화하도록 이루어진 것과;경광부에 전원을 공급하는 전원케이블을 정역모터에 의해 정,역회전하는 구동축에 배선꼬임방지장치를 이용하여 구동축 내부를 관통되게 연계설치하여서 전기신호를 안정적으로 공급하면서도 승강시 스크린 감겨 부피가 늘어나거나 하강시 스크린이 풀리면서 전원케이블이 당겨지면서 끊어지는 현상을 완벽하게 방지되도록 구성함으로써 오랫동안 고장없이 안정적으로 사용가능하도록 이루어진 것과;경광부를 구성하는 LED램프의 교체가 용이하도록 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있는 것이다.
The present invention relates to an emergency road traveling blocking apparatus capable of maximizing the safety of a driver by enabling an emergency situation in a tunnel to be identified remotely even at night or in cloudy weather by flickering an LED lamp provided in a warning light unit. According to the present invention, the emergency road traveling blocking apparatus notifies a driver of occurrence of an emergency, by lifting up and down a mesh net screen on which a warning or warning symbol is engraved, as the mesh net screen is wound around a driving shaft which is rotated forward and backward by a reciprocal motor mounted in an accommodation chamber installed at a horizontal frame horizontally fixed and installed to various types of pillars. 본 발명은 터널입구 상단에 직접 고정설치되거나 또는 터널입구 전방 진입로에 설치되는 각종 형태의 지주에 수평으로 고정설치되는 수평프레임에 설치되는 수용함체내에 장착된 정역모터에 의해 정,역회전하는 구동축에 귄취되어 감겨지거나 풀려지면서 경고문구나 문양이 새겨진 메쉬망스크린을 승,하강시켜 운전자에게 비상사태 발생을 알려주도록 하는 긴급 도로운행 차단장치를 구성함에 있어서,상기 메쉬망스크린의 하측부분에 새겨진 경고문구와는 별개로, 간접발광체가 아닌 전원을 공급받되 컨버터와 점멸조절기를 통해 셋팅된 전기신호에 의해 점멸하는 복수의 LED램프로 구성된 경광부를 추가적으로 더 설치한 특수한 구성의 긴급 도로운행 차단장치를 제공함으로써,야간이나 흐린 날씨때문에 경고문구나 문양의 선명한 식별이 불가능하더라도 경광부에 구비되는 복수의 LED램프의 점멸에 의하여 표출되는 문자나 부호 또는 픽토그램이 야간이나 흐린 날씨에도 터널내부의 비상사태발생 상황을 보다 멀리에서도 확연히 식별이 가능하여 운전자의 안전을 극대화하도록 이루어진 것과;경광부에 전원을 공급하는 전원케이블을 정역모터에 의해 정,역회전하는 구동축에 배선꼬임방지장치를 이용하여 구동축 내부를 관통되게 연계설치하여서 전기신호를 안정적으로 공급하면서도 승강시 스크린 감겨 부피가 늘어나거나 하강시 스크린이 풀리면서 전원케이블이 당겨지면서 끊어지는 현상을 완벽하게 방지되도록 구성함으로써 오랫동안 고장없이 안정적으로 사용가능하도록 이루어진 것과;경광부를 구성하는 LED램프의 교체가 용이하도록 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있는 것이다.
