Precast Concrete Culvert for Constructing The same
An objective of the present invention is to provide a precast structure with an integrated water stop plate, which integrates a water stop plate to enable convenient and easy construction and improve bending and shearing resistance of a joint between box culverts. The precast structure with an integrated water stop plate comprises: a rectangular ring-shaped first water stop plate of which one side is integrally buried in a first filling groove formed on the circumference of a joining surface in a predetermined depth, and the free end of the other side thereof protrudes to a predetermined length to be inserted into a second filling groove formed on the circumference of a joining surface of a neighboring different precast concrete box culvert coming in contact therewith to face the same to block water; a rectangular ring-shaped second water stop plate of which one side is integrally buried in the second filling groove to correspond to the first water stop plate, and the free end is inserted into the first filling groove of the neighboring different precast concrete box culvert coming in contact therewith and facing the same to be overlapped with the first water stop plate to block water; a water-swelling water stop member which is attached between the first water stop plate and the second water stop plate of the neighboring different precast concrete box culvert coming in contact therewith, and swells when coming in contact with water; and filling mortar injected into the first filling groove and the second filling groove, facing the first filling groove, of the neighboring different precast concrete box culvert coming in contact therewith so as to fill the same.
본 발명은 지수판을 일체화하여 시공이 간편하고 용이하면서 박스 암거 간 접합부(이음부)의 휨 및 전단 저항력을 향상시킬 수 있는 지수판 일체형 프리캐스트 구조물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.이에 본 발명에서는 접합면 둘레에 일정한 깊이로 형성된 제1충진홈에 한쪽이 일체로 매립되고, 다른 쪽의 자유단이 이웃하여 맞닿는 다른 프리캐스트 콘크리트 박스 암거의 접합면 둘레에 마주하도록 형성된 제2충진홈에 끼워져 차수하도록 일정한 길이로 돌출되게 구비된 사각링 형상의 제1지수판, 제2충진홈에 상기 제1지수판과 대응되도록 한쪽이 일체로 매립되고, 자유단이 이웃하여 맞닿는 다른 프리캐스트 콘크리트 박스 암거의 마주하는 제1충진홈에 그 제1지수판과 겹쳐지게 끼워져 차수하는 사각링 형상의 제2지수판, 상기 제1지수판과 이웃하여 맞닿는 다른 프리캐스트 콘크리트 박스 암거의 제2지수판 사이에 부착되고, 물과 접촉하면 부풀어 오르는 수팽창 지수재 및 상기 제1충진홈과 이웃하여 맞닿는 다른 프리캐스트 콘크리트 박스 암거의 마주하는 제2충진홈에 주입하여 메우는 충전 모르타르를 포함하는 지수판 일체형 프리캐스트 구조물을 개시한다.
