The present invention relates to a safe door opening/closing device which allows an evacuee to quickly evacuate by automatically and completely opening a door when an emergency situation such as a fire occurs. More specifically, the safe door opening/closing device comprises: a door frame which is fixed and installed on a drilled wall of a building, and has a rectangular frame shape; a door rotatably coupled to the door frame, and arranged to enter through the drilled wall; and a locking setting unit consisting of two parts to be installed on the door frame and the door to face each other to bind the door to the door frame, and allowing an evacuee to easily evacuate by automatically canceling binding by a control signal of a fire detection unit when a fire is detected by the fire detection unit. The locking setting unit includes: a locking member controlled by the fire detection unit to forcibly cancel binding between the door frame and the door; a display member to receive power from the locking member to notify the outside of cancelation of binding of the door frame and the door; and a control unit to receive a control signal of the fire detection unit to control the locking member and the display member, and receive power from an independent power generation unit.
본 발명은 화재 등과 같은 비상상황이 발생시에 도어가 자동으로 완전히 개방되어 대피자가 신속하게 대피할 수 있도록 하는 안전도어 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건물의 천공된 벽체에 고정설치되는 사각의 틀 형상을 갖는 도어틀과, 상기 도어틀과 회전가능하게 결합하되 천공된 상기 벽체를 통해 출입할 수 있도록 구비되는 도어 및 두 분체로 이루어져 상기 도어틀과 상기 도어에 서로 마주보게 설치되어 상기 도어가 상기 도어틀에 결속될 수 있도록 구비하며, 화재감지부에 의해 화재가 감지되면 상기 화재감지부의 제어신호에 의해 결속이 자동으로 해지되어 대피자가 용이하게 대피할 수 있도록 하는 잠금설정부를 포함하되, 상기 잠금설정부는 상기 화재감지부에 의해 제어되어 상기 도어틀과 상기 도어 간의 결속을 강제로 해지하는 잠금부재, 상기 잠금부재에서 전원을 인가받아 상기 도어틀과 상기 도어의 결속이 해지되었음을 외부에 알려주는 표시부재, 상기 화재감지부의 제어신호를 인가받아 상기 잠금부재와 상기 표시부재를 제어하되 자가발전부에서 전원을 인가받는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a safe door opening/closing device which allows an evacuee to quickly evacuate by automatically and completely opening a door when an emergency situation such as a fire occurs.
