The present invention relates to a rebar connecting device. The rebar connecting device comprises: a rebar connecting member made of a cylindrical body having a hollow portion of a larger diameter than a rebar, and having threaded portions formed on inner sides of both ends thereof to which fastening fixing members are fastened, respectively; a spring member fitted into and coupled to the hollow portion of the rebar connecting member to impart elasticity to the rebar so as to avoid separation and deviation of the rebar; a tapered fixing member coupled to be in surface contact with one surface of the spring member and formed to be divided into a plurality of numbers to be forcibly fitted into protrusion protruding from the outer surface of the rebar; a circular ring fixing member coupled to the outer surface of the tapered fixing member to prevent expansion of the tapered fixing member; and a fastening fixing member installed to be in surface contact with one surface of the circular ring fixing member to prevent the separation of the circular ring fixing member, and fastened to the threaded portions of the rebar connecting member to prevent the separation and deviation of the rebar. By pushing the rebar into the rebar connecting member, the rebar can be easily connected and coupled, and the rebar also can be forcibly fitted and connected by the tapered fixing member formed to be tapered. Further, the circular ring fixing member can be firmly fixed by the fastening fixing member.
철근 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 철근의 직경보다 큰 직경의 중공부를 갖는 원통체로 이루어지고, 양단 내측에 각각 체결고정부재가 체결되도록 나사부가 형성된 철근연결부재; 상기 철근의 이탈 및 분리가 이루어지지 않도록 상기 철근에 탄성력을 부여하도록 상기 철근연결부재의 중공부 내에 끼워져 결합되는 스프링부재; 상기 스프링부재의 일면에 면 접촉되게 결합되고, 상기 철근의 외면에 돌출된 돌기부에 억지끼움으로 결합되도록 다수개로 분할되게 형성된 테이퍼고정부재; 상기 테이퍼고정부재의 확관을 방지하도록 상기 테이퍼고정부재의 외면에 결합되는 원형링 고정부재; 상기 원형링 고정부재의 이탈이 방지되도록 상기 원형링 고정부재의 일면에 면 접촉되게 설치되며, 상기 철근의 이탈 및 분리되지 않도록 상기 철근연결부재의 나사부에 체결되는 체결고정부재;를 마련하여 철근을 철근연결부재에 밀어 넣음으로써 철근을 간편하게 연결 및 결속시킬 수 있고, 테이퍼지게 형성된 테이퍼고정부재에 의해 철근을 강제 압입시켜 연결시킬 수 있으며, 체결고정부재에 의해 원형링 고정부재를 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
The present invention relates to a rebar connecting device. The rebar connecting device comprises: a rebar connecting member made of a cylindrical body having a hollow portion of a larger diameter than a rebar, and having threaded portions formed on inner sides of both ends thereof to which fastening fixing members are fastened, respectively; a spring member fitted into and coupled to the hollow portion of the rebar connecting member to impart elasticity to the rebar so as to avoid separation and deviation of the rebar; a tapered fixing member coupled to be in surface contact with one surface of the spring member and formed to be divided into a plurality of numbers to be forcibly fitted into protrusion protruding from the outer surface of the rebar; a circular ring fixing member coupled to the outer surface of the tapered fixing member to prevent expansion of the tapered fixing member; and a fastening fixing member installed to be in surface contact with one surface of the circular ring fixing member to prevent the separation of the circular ring fixing member, and fastened to the threaded portions of the rebar connecting member to prevent the separation and deviation of the rebar. By pushing the rebar into the rebar connecting member, the rebar can be easily connected and coupled, and the rebar also can be forcibly fitted and connected by the tapered fixing member formed to be tapered. Further, the circular ring fixing member can be firmly fixed by the fastening fixing member.
철근 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 철근의 직경보다 큰 직경의 중공부를 갖는 원통체로 이루어지고, 양단 내측에 각각 체결고정부재가 체결되도록 나사부가 형성된 철근연결부재; 상기 철근의 이탈 및 분리가 이루어지지 않도록 상기 철근에 탄성력을 부여하도록 상기 철근연결부재의 중공부 내에 끼워져 결합되는 스프링부재; 상기 스프링부재의 일면에 면 접촉되게 결합되고, 상기 철근의 외면에 돌출된 돌기부에 억지끼움으로 결합되도록 다수개로 분할되게 형성된 테이퍼고정부재; 상기 테이퍼고정부재의 확관을 방지하도록 상기 테이퍼고정부재의 외면에 결합되는 원형링 고정부재; 상기 원형링 고정부재의 이탈이 방지되도록 상기 원형링 고정부재의 일면에 면 접촉되게 설치되며, 상기 철근의 이탈 및 분리되지 않도록 상기 철근연결부재의 나사부에 체결되는 체결고정부재;를 마련하여 철근을 철근연결부재에 밀어 넣음으로써 철근을 간편하게 연결 및 결속시킬 수 있고, 테이퍼지게 형성된 테이퍼고정부재에 의해 철근을 강제 압입시켜 연결시킬 수 있으며, 체결고정부재에 의해 원형링 고정부재를 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
