PRECAST CONCRETE EXPANSION JOINT AND BRIDGE INCLUDING THE SAME
Disclosed is a precast concrete expansion joint which facilitates construction. The precast concrete expansion joint comprises: a precast block formed to longitudinally cross the gap unit to allow one end thereof to be supported on a first girder and allow the other end thereof to be supported on a second girder; a longitudinal reinforcing bar structure having an upper longitudinal reinforcing bar unit longitudinally extended across an upper portion of the precast block to protrude to both longitudinal sides of the precast block, and a lower longitudinal reinforcing bar unit longitudinally extended across a lower portion of the precast block to protrude to both longitudinal sides of the precast block; and a water stop structure being extended to longitudinally cross the gap unit to allow one longitudinal end thereof to protrude onto the first girder and allow the other longitudinal end thereof to protrude onto the second girder, and including a water stop plate arranged in the precast block. The precast block is made of a material including high-toughness concrete, and the upper longitudinal reinforcing bar unit and the lower longitudinal reinforcing bar unit are made of a material including epoxy.
프리캐스트 콘크리트 신축이음장치가 개시되며, 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 신축이음장치는, 제1 거더에 일단이 지지되고 제2 거더에 타단이 지지되도록 상기 간격부를 종방향으로 가로지르게 형성되는 프리캐스트 블록; 상기 프리캐스트 블록의 종방향 양측으로 돌출되도록 상기 프리캐스트 블록의 상부를 종방향으로 가로질러 연장되는 상부 종방향 철근부 및 상기 프리캐스트 블록의 종방향 양측으로 돌출되도록 상기 프리캐스트 블록의 하부를 종방향으로 가로질러 연장되는 하부 종방향 철근부를 갖는 종방향 철근 구조체; 및 종방향 일단이 상기 제1 거더 상으로 돌출되고 종방향 타단이 상기 제2 거더 상으로 돌출되도록 상기 간격부를 종방향으로 가로지르게 연장되고, 상기 프리캐스트 블록의 내부에 배치되는 지수판을 포함하는 지수 구조체를 포함하되, 상기 프리캐스트 블록은 고인성 콘크리트를 포함하는 재질이고, 상기 상부 종방향 철근부 및 상기 하부 종방향 철근부는 에폭시를 포함하는 재질이다.
