Multifunctional reinforcing bars
The present invention relates to a multifunctional reinforcing bar binding device which binds reinforcing bars being arranged and crossing perpendicularly in a one-touch manner while functioning as a reinforcing bar support to facilitate construction, and has a spacer function. The multifunctional reinforcing bar binding device comprises: a binding unit (10) to bind two perpendicular reinforcing bars by a one-touch operation, and function as a support; and a leg unit (20) formed on the lower end of the binding unit (10) to support the binding unit (10) from the ground. The binding unit (10) includes: a hollow main body (11); a pair of first cut units (13, 14) formed on the upper end (12) of the main body (11), and formed in an L-shape on both ends to allow a lower reinforcing bar (R1) to be inserted thereinto and placed and fixed thereon by a rotating operation; and a pair of second cut units (15, 16) formed in an L-shape on both ends to allow an upper reinforcing bar (R2) perpendicular to the lower reinforcing bar (R1) to be inserted thereinto and placed and fixed thereon by a rotating operation.
본 발명은 철근 받침대 기능을 수행하면서 수직 교차하며 배근되는 철근을 원터치 방식으로 결속 가능하도록 하여 시공이 매우 편리하도록 하고 동시에 스페이서(spacer) 기능도 구비한 다기능 철근결속장치에 관한 것으로, 직교하는 2개의 철근을 원터치 동작으로 결속하고 동시에 받침대 기능을 수행하는 결속부(10)와, 상기 결속부(10)의 하단에 형성되어 상기 결속부(10)를 지면으로부터 지지하여 주는 다리부(20)를 포함하고, 상기 결속부(10)는, 중공형의 본체(11); 상기 본체(11)의 상단부(12)에 형성되며 하부철근(R1)이 삽입되고 회전동작에 의해 안착 고정되도록 양단에 L자 형태로 형성되는 한 쌍의 제1절개부(13)(14); 및 상기 하부철근(R1)과 직교되는 상부철근(R2)이 삽입되고 회전동작에 의해 안착 고정되도록 양단에 L자 형태로 형성되는 한 쌍의 제2절개부(15)(16)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
