Couplings for reinforcing bars and their connection methods using reinforcing bars
The present invention provides a coupling for connecting a reinforcing bar and a connection method using the coupling for connecting a reinforcing bar. Each end of a reinforcing bar to be connected to an inner side surface of a plurality of wedge members is press-fitted into a coupler through a primary strike while being in contact by a butting method, and tightly fixed by tightening by a secondary coupler rotation. The coupling for connecting a reinforcing bar comprises: a coupler in which an inner side surface of an insertion space has a fixing jaw portion of a structure that is inserted and fixed and does not come out; and a plurality of wedge members covering each end of the reinforcing bar and having an engaging jaw portion formed by being inserted into the insertion space and pressed and fixed to the fixing jaw portion by strike on an outer surface thereof, a partition flange in contact with the end of each reinforcing bar on the middle of an inner surface thereof, and a compression jaw engaged with an outer surface of the reinforcing bar to be pressed on both sides of the partition flange. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent separation and disconnection of the reinforcing bar while each end of the reinforcing bar is connected, thereby increasing reliability. The connection and fixing work can be done quickly and tightly in a short time, and efficiency is excellent.
복수의 쐐기부재의 내측면에 연결하고자 하는 철근의 각 단부가 맞대기 방식에 의해 맞닿은 상태로 1차 타격을 통하여 커플러 내로 압입(壓入) 된 다음 2차의 커플러 회전에 의한 조임으로 긴밀한 연결 고정이 이루어질 수 있도록 삽입공간의 내측면에는 삽입 고정된 후 빠지지 않는 구조의 고정 턱부가 형성되는 커플러; 및 각 철근의 단부에 복수 개로 씌워지되, 외측면에 상기 삽입공간으로 삽입된 후 타격에 의해 상기 고정 턱부로 압착 고정되는 맞물림 턱부가 형성되고, 내측면 중간에 각 철근의 끝단이 맞닿는 구획 플랜지가 형성되며, 상기 구획 플랜지의 양측에 철근의 외측면과 맞물려 압착되는 압착 턱부가 형성되는 복수의 쐐기 부재;를 포함하는 철근 연결용 커플링 및 그 철근 연결용 커플링을 이용한 연결방법을 제공한다. 그에 따라 철근의 각 단부가 이음 연결된 상태에 분리나 이탈됨을 원천적으로 방지할 수 있어 높은 신뢰성을 가지는 효과와 함께 이음 연결 고정작업이 단시간 신속하고 긴밀하게 이루어질 수 있어 효율성도 뛰어난 효과를 가진다.

The present invention provides a coupling for connecting a reinforcing bar and a connection method using the coupling for connecting a reinforcing bar.
